I asked at the hospital if they new of a good place to stay. The staff at Emergency recommended this hotel. I called late in the evening and was greeted by a friendly voice. They accommodated us in a very nice room for 3 nights. We were able to let them know if we were staying or going at a moments...

We chose to stay here based on the TripAdvisor reviews and were not disappointed. Very friendly and helpful owners. Extremely comfortable beds, immaculately maintained rooms. And the adjacent refuge area for hiking was beautiful. Really a lovely place to stay. We'll definitely look forward to a return visit!

Stayed here 3 times now & every time has been as good as the last time. Beds are super comfortable. Bathroom with heated floor & hand-made soaps are wonderful. The owners are so friendly & welcoming-- nothing is too much trouble for them. Very restful & pleasant stay. 2015 will be our last visit to Canada, but We hope to...

The beds in this hotel are amazing. Had a family member stay there and they said it was one of the best rooms they had ever stayed in. Everything for comfort is thought of in this lodge. The heated floors, marble counter tops, everthing. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Best place to stay in Cranbrook

This property is conveniently located at the west end of the city. I recieved a warm reception and was shown to my room by one of the owners. My room was comfortably appointed..heated tile flooring in the bathroom was a treat! The couch was so comfy, I even fell asleep watching tv (just like home☺️). Thoroughly enjoyable, I highly recommend...

I've stated in multiple hotels in Cranbrook, this is the best one!! OMG - the beds are comfy! Fully updated with modern, high end finishes-heated tile floors in the bathroom, marble counters in the kitchenettes. There's a walking loop beside the lake, bikes are available, and mini-golf! The owners are super friendly! Awesome!!

This is one of our most favorite places to stay, hands down. The rooms are excellent, the staff is superb , the service simply the best . If visiting Cranbrook, this is the only place to stay . Our 3 dogs love it .

So many other resorts/hotels/motels could learn from this delightful lodge. After our 11 hour drive, Michelle graciously welcomed us and showed us to our abode for the evening--providing us with restaurant flyers to make our dinner choice for the evening. Here's what we thought made this place special: - Quality goat's milk soaps; not the tacky ones you usually get,...

I stayed at the lodge for a week while in town working; I had no typical amenities that I take for granted at home and George and his wife, and then, Michelle and Thomas, filled in all those gaps. They lent me their bike to cruise around town and run errands. They sized up the bike especially for me, topping...

I so recommend staying here! Just do it! Everything I read we experienced. This is a most wonderful place to stay...and they recommended excellent eating places...with directions. Loved the burl chairs all about. Pick the dark chocolate, so good. And a real hair dryer even. Homemade soaps were wonderful..as was the heated floor. I didn't even mind hearing the train...
