We stayed 10 days at G.E.A.R. The weather was mostly wet but we had a good time. The mosquitoes were no worse than any other place in interior BC.
The place is well-kept and the bathrooms were exceptionally clean. All the staff were friendly.
The campground is nice, sites are private and the whole place is nice and clean. But for the price it's pretty rudimentary. Water for drinking/dishes is quite far, you best plan on just bringing water with you. Toilets are very stinky and there aren't enough...More

Really nice roomy and private site. Showers are free in a very clean wash house. We picked wild raspberries and saskatoons in the bushes. It was fun to watch a trio of paragliders land.
