We needed to break up a road trip from Vancouver to Rocky Mountain House. Booked The kicking horse a couple of days before. Really glad we did. A warm welcome from Jeannie, made to feel at home from the moment we pulled up. Nothing was to much trouble, hot drinks on tap and lots of home cooked cake. A log... More

Finding the B&B was easy and we visited Wapta Falls on the way from Banff, there was plenty of space for parking. Only had one night here but could have stayed longer...The room we had was the 'Eagles Nest' which had a Queen bed and Private balcony. This room is on the first floor and there is no lift. We... The perfect place to stay in Yoho area. Beautifull and cozy home outside the town. Fantastic views and very good gardens. Nice double room and really spacious and charming living room. Spectacular breakfast made with affection and taking care of even the smallest details. We enjoy a lot with Jeannie cranberry muffin's! (She gave us some ones for our trip... More

Jeannie and her loving ways, her delicious breakfasts, her home made cookies, our spacious, beautiful lower level bedroom topped off the end of our Canadian Rockies trip. Stayed 2 nights. You will miss out if you don't stay here.

Jeannie just makes the place the best. Very comfortable accommodations, and a fabulous breakfast. Lots of interesting folks sharing breakfast, so it was a special treat. We especially enjoyed the photos and artifacts, and the fine architecture of the log house.

Kicking Horse Canyon B&B is situated on a beautiful piece of property with a lovely garden and nice views for the guests. The log building built with heavy dimension lumber is roomy and relaxing. Our bed was comfortable and the room was a good size with a nice ensuite. Breakfast was fun sitting at a huge table with ten other... More

Jeannie and the Kicking Horse Canyon B&B are fabulous. The house itself is gorgeous and homely with comfortable rooms and communal spaces filled with squashy sofas to relax on, but it is Jeannie herself that makes the place so very special. The breakfast she serves up is homemade, delicious, and very plentiful - the best we had in Canada by... More
