We rented a chalet and we're pleasantly surprised at the amenities within the cabin. The pots & pans & dishes were new and in good condition. The fridge and stove were clean. The bed was very comfy. We brought our own bedding and towels so we saved money. We arrived late in the evening and they had turned on the...

When I stayed here it was raining and it was a quick stop. Got in late (9:30) and left early 6 am the next morning. It wasn't the best KOA I've stayed at, our campsite wasn't level and it was along the incoming road - not the highway. its kind of close to the highway so you can hear traffic...

We like to camp off the grid, but on our way thru Revelstoke we stopped here overnight. It was just what we needed. Yes the site are close - it a private campground people - all private campgrounds are like that. It was quiet - staff ensured that. Unlike some widely spaced provincial campgrounds where is party central. We didn't...

We stayed in a cabin for 1 night during our BC road trip. The access to the Main St in Revelstoke is good and it's only a few minutes away from Mt Revelstoke and 30min from Glacier National Park. The cabins were spacious and very clean. They had kitchenettes with everything you needed. There was a fire pit (try to...

We arrived at the campground for a late September trip and booked a camping cabin while our friends had a tent site right next to us. Things we liked: It was late September, campground wasnt busy. It is quite beautiful and the sites seemed well maintained. It was close to Revelstoke, so it was easy to come and go. Tge...

What can I say? The customer service was awful... One person told us to come at 11:30am, and another got pissed off when we called and said we were on our way at 11am. You walk in an these young girls that work at the desk are gossiping away, while you stand there waiting to pay. Our campsite was ok....

This campground has great potential if the owners want to put better efforts into management. First I will comment on the good things: Location Lots of trees Decent pool Ice cream social hour Dog walk Things that need improvement: 1. This one is important: bear safe garbage maintenance!!! We encountered bears in the campground twice on our 2 week stay....

* Note: this isn't a KOA anymore and is now called Revelstoke Campground. It is not far off the main highway, which was nice. We had to wait in a line-up of RVs to check in at 6pm, but the staff was friendly. Rather than answer questions (due to the line-up I'm sure), they said that everything we'd need to...

Our organization books multiple campsites every year for our children and youth programs. From thirteen years of work in this field, I have never had such a negative customer experience as that which I had with Revelstoke Campground and their manager Lily. For over two and a half weeks, phone and email contact was made in an attempt to obtain...

After being booked into the wrong site I realised I had still been overcharged. After I had already set my site up I went to the office. Politely pointing it out at first, that's when the manager lily started yelling at me that it wasn't wrong. After asking her not to yell she said that I was yelling first...which then...
