We stayed in Cabin107 over Easter weekend with a group of friends to sled. We have stayed here, at this exact same cabin, before years ago (with the previous owners) and at many of the cabins on site and have had great experiences and great service. Don't get me wrong, it is a fantastic place to stay when you sled...

Thank you for your detailed feedback, as it is greatly appreciated. In reply to some of the issues, in regards to the fireplace I am not sure as to why I was not contacted either as I will always come out and fix these issues when notified - and this has been addressed with the Front Desk agents. The other...

We stayed here and had good time. Had large 12 person cabin.it was comfortable, a bit rustic and that is what we expected. We had good service and everything we needed. It is right next to the trail. Gas and shop with great help. I can't contain about anything. I will stay here again.

Have taken 20 customers out to the Glacier house for two years in a row. They have done a great job with looking after us and making sure we were in good hands. Breakfast were great, with a few different items each day (thank you) and the packed lunches we excellent with fresh sandwiches each day. Hopefully we will be...

Beautiful setting, can sled from lodge or cabins right onto Frisby and Boulder. Large rooms, could use a little paint and new carpets. Staff are excellent, very informative. Big rooms, big pool, nice hot tube. To bad the lodge does not have an outdoor hot tub.

Thank you for your review, as it is appreciated.... funny you mention the outdoor hot tub, as we did look into it but at present, regulations will not allow us :( Daniel

Town was booked up so website led me to this place, was very impressed overall. Only complaint would be that the hot tub could have been a few degrees warmer, but that was it. We were very happy with room and bed. We'll be back.

Hi Mike, Thank you for your review, as well as comments on the hot tub - we have now turned up the heat some more - as well as purchased a cover to keep in warmer of the evening. Daniel

I am wondering why I would book Glacier House to ski at Revelstoke. With that being said...it's on a beautiful piece of property. Our room was good sized but quite basic, the lighting was terrible. The bedding was kinda bad, with those gross bed spreads that I didn't even know hotels used anymore. We are staying in a rustic mountain...

Your comments are greatly appreciated - and we are in the process of changing the bedding etc.... as we go. We have certainly had issues with our lighting, that we are now atttending to as it is Spring and we are able to repair a few of these details. Daniel

Had a great first time visit with a large group of friends. Hotel and setting are beautiful! Staff was attentive to our many requests and inquiries, particularly Dwayne at the front desk and Lisa in the bar and grill. It was a great place for a large group. Will be back.

Hi, Your comments were noted at the time, and we have since had pest control re-service the property, as we are on a monthly schedule, and provide us with spare bait for these unfortunate occasions. Being a rural setting we do have these 'visitors' from time to time and we have gone to the extra length of completely sealing the...
