We arrived at Beacon Hill for a one night stay in Sidney with no preconceived notion of the inn. We were very graciously greeted by the receptionist who checked us in and showed the three couple our rooms. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The location was central in Sidney, close to the downtown and the harbor. Would definitely stay...

This was our second stay at this lovely B&B. This is one of the nicest places we stayed. The rooms are specious well appointed, clean and well maintained. Much more comfortable than large hotels. Breakfast is included and vegan breakfast was provided for us. Parking is free. Nice touches such as glass of sherry upon arrival greeted us. Water in...

We stayed at the Beacon Inn because of its proximity to the airport and Butchart gardens. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the Inn is a very well run establishment with very spacious and stylish rooms and exceptional customer service. In addition we enjoyed a very nice cooked breakfast. We will definitely stay at the Beacon again.

This is the second time we've stayed at the Beacon Inn. We love it here, the bed is comfortable, the service impeccable, the breakfasts amazing. They put out treats in the afternoon which are welcome after a busy day of touring around the island. We arrived late on Thursday and they had no problem accommodating our late arrival. We highly...

What a GREAT visit we had to Vancouver Island by staying at the Beacon Inn at Sidney-by-the-Sea. Though the style is Edwardian, the building is modern and dates from 2000. Our charming and tasteful room with the great four poster bed, comfortable reading chairs and wall-to-wall carpeting was such a welcome environment to come to after a busy day of...

We lucked out with the Beacon Inn. We cruised into lovely Sidney late afternoon and there was no room at the waterfront hotels. We are glad because that led us to the Beacon Inn. This Inn is located an easy walk to everything in Sidney by the sea. There is a real charm to this place that to me says...

We had a 3 night stay at this B&B. When we first arrived we were pleased with the home from the moment we arrived till we left. It looks like a home from the turn of the century but we understand it is less than 10 yrs old. We stayed in the Galliano room. The tapestries were beautiful and it...

The Beacon Inn is located near downtown Sidney and in a close location for walking to the marina, restaurants and shops. It is lovely and very comfortable. The decor is top-notch, with lovely linens and nice amenities. I would give this a 5 star review, but the noise was very bothersome. People talking in the lobby sounded like they were...

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay and for your feedback. One of the many reasons guests choose to stay at properties such as ours is the opportunity to meet and converse with other travelers... at our Inn, this often happens in the early evening between 5 and 7 p.m. over a cup of coffee, or...

I recently spent one night at this quaint bed and breakfast. I arrived at the Victoria airport early evening, and had plans to visit Butchart Gardens the next day, before travelling north on Vancouver Island. Staying at this B&B was the perfect answer as it is close to the airport, and not far to the Gardens. The management emailed me...

This is a beautiful b&b with impeccable rooms and Edwardian decor. Each room has a beautiful spa bathroom. The staff is very pleasant. Breakfast is very good and promptly served at your chosen time. The coffee is particularly good! Very nice prices for what you get. I have stayed in luxury hotels in Sidney and this was the best (and...
