Very nice hostel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They keep the facilities very clean. The location is wonderful. It’s 10 mins walk to downtown where all the stores and restaurants are. It’s also 15’ walk to the Smoke Bluffs where I went climbing. 10’ walk to the Visitor center where the bus stop to Vancouver is. You really don’t need a car in Squamish. I would definitely recommend this hostel.

We stayed in a private double room for a couple of nights. The room was clean and the staff were incredibly friendly. The location is also very good - it is immediately off Highway 99 which gives good access to the local amenities. Over the road there are a number of places to eat and drink and several fuel stations as well. Although the facilities were generally very good, the bed we had could have done with a new mattress. It also only had one thin pillow per person and with a metal frame headboard, it made for some uncomfortable sleeps, but this might be a personal preference. If we were in the area again we would definitely come back. The communal area closed at 10pm each night which everybody respected so it was never too loud after this point

Room Tip: Free parking and plenty of it - we never struggled for a space. Easy walk into town as well so...

Used this hostel as a base whilst visiting Squamish recently. The hostel is conveniently located just off highway 99 the main route from Vancouver and a short walk from downtown Squamish. The hostel is very clean throughout and has a well equipped kitchen available as well as spotless washrooms. Views from the windows in the rooms are breathtaking and there is also an outside waterside seating area with BBQ

Love it love it love it! This is an absolutely amazing hostel with friendly staff, cute and really clean rooms as well as sanitary installments and a great location. It's near to quite a few stores and of course many mountains ideal for hiking and rock climbing. I deeply regret not staying longer as I got to know some lovely people there. Definitely worth it and would also return if I get the chance! :)

We had a nice stay here - the location is central and the price is good for the area. It is a good spot to stay while exploring the area. Basic rooms but met our needs and the staff was very nice. We loved Squamish and this was a good base for our adventures. I would stay again.

We were after a simple place to stay for a few days while in Squamish mountain biking. On paper the SAI seemed good and we got the ‘hotel style’ room. Everything we needed was there, except ….. not quite? Storage was available, just not very convenient. There was some bike tools, however no bike stand. The laundry facilities were got, however no where to air out dirt riding gear. And the tone of the place was very officious: signs everywhere telling you what you can’t do. The bbq is only available from 6:30-8pm, the kitchen isn’t open until 8am, unless you get special permission. And this time extended to the staff - friendly, however they were there to lay down the routes, not be helpful. So in summary, it worked and was comfortable, however I’ll be looking for somewhere else next time.

We stayed at the Hostel for only a night, but it where some amazing few hours. We could wash lots of our clothes in only 1,5 hours and made ourselves a lovely breakfast. Good night as well. It's right next to downtown Squamish which is absolutely a blast to walk through. I bet the lots of outdoors activities around would be worth to explore whilst a longer stay. Lots of young, friendly people around the Hostel. Thanks! Happy to come back anytime!
