A beautiful older home with outstanding gardens. The house and gardens are filled with unique large and small artifacts tastefully placed. Wine and cheese was served in the afternoon and the breakfast was wonderful with many menu items to choose from, well prepared and attractively presented. Cheryl was very organized with information provided about wifi and other features.

This is a great value B&B in a nice old house with the most beautiful garden we have seen in eastern Canada. The house is furnished in antique style but the conveniences are definitely modern. The breakfast cooked by Cheryl is all home-made and had a different hot dish every morning. It was lovely to stop for three nights in...

If you are going to stay at a B & B then try to stay at a historic or vintage house. You will not get the modern feel but the atmosphere and surroundings will surely please. Cheryl has one of the best B & B's we have stayed at. Without a doubt the best breakfast we have experienced so far....

Lovely B&B. The owner Cheryl knows how to create a welcoming atmosphere. She even had wine and snacks available on a table in the common area. We spent one night there before taking the ferry to Newfoundland. The B&B was conveniently located only a few minutes by car to the ferry. It was also a 10-minute walk to North Sydney’s...

From the moment you arrive, Cheryl makes you feel welcome. The house is full of antiques, terrific books and the furniture - wow! I spent time just taking it all in. Nothing was an inconvenience and the breakfast was wonderful! It was worth the price of the room alone. The value was first class and I would highly recommend this...

This B&B is a wonderful find in North Sydney and close to the Ferry to Newfoundland. Lovely English garden look to the property and Cheryl welcomes you with a friendly smile and manner. Not to mention the snacks and red and white wine on offer. Fill a glass and stroll around the garden admiring the flowers or relax in one...

Excellent! The owner was so very accommodating! The home was just beautiful and our room comfortable and clean. Our breakfast was incredible - she pulled out all the stops with the finest china and it was just delicious. She also provided menu's for local restaurants and information about the ferry. We would definitely go back and I prefer this B&B...

We stayed with Cheryl for just one night but even so we cannot say enough good things. We had a single room, warm, cosy and cute and a shared bathroom. Wifi and parking were free but these days such things are expected. The standout memories are of other things. Starting with Cheryl herself. What an amazing host. She is unfailingly...
