The resort and setting is lovely. My husband and I went for three nights in October. We were the only ones there because they were in the process of shutting down for the season. The cottage was left open and key left on the table. The cottage was very clean and well equipped. We also asked to rent a boat... More

We were very pleased with this pretty cottage resort during our stay at Shady Nook cottage for 2 nights over the Canada Day holiday. The Shady Nook has a perfect location closest to the lake and its deck was quite private. The cottage (and the whole resort) was very clean and well maintained. The towels supplied were very soft and... More

We secured a two bedroom cottage at Birch Cliff Lodge two weeks prior to our wedding and stayed at theMaple Haven cottage Couldn't have asked for a better private cottage with a direct view of the lake and a screened in porch with a fire pit just 100 yds away. The cottage was clean and fresh even though it was... More

What a great location. We stayed at a camp site, wished we had a trailer but we had a water side site so it was beautiful! Coffee, treats and other items were available in the main house. Lots for the kids to with planned activities and outings. Clean and well maintained beach and playground. Definitely will go again.

The cottage was clean, airy, comfortable and stocked with the items you need. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere around the property was fabulous. There was lots of hot water and a large fridge. We will be back! For families with kids they have a number of daily programs for the kids which we noticed had great participation.

We are very pleased to hear your stay with us was pleasant and hope you will return next summer. Our children's recreational director is planning to return next summer so it should be another great year as we have lots of positive feedback on the children's program this year. The waterfront sites are very nice and especially beautiful in the... More

We spent four nights at this resort in the cottage Happy Days Oct. 14-18th. The cottage itself was clean, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed and spacious enough for the two of us and the dog. My only negative comment would be that during their busy season there would be no privacy at all because the cottages are so close... More

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Your stay with us coincided with shutdown week. The resort is not very busy that week as we are preparing to close for the winter. You are correct to assume that in the summer time , we are a very busy family resort but surprisingly, it is not uncomfortably noisy. Many of the children... More

Our family has stayed in many of the cottages, over the last 25 years. Overall we have always had a memorable, "must return" holiday........unfortunately, I suppose all good things must come to an end. Customer service has indeed declined, cleanliness and provisions within the cottage have seen their time (several times over). We stayed in the North House, the largest... More

My family and I stayed there this past long weekend and were extremely disappointed with the campground. The spot we were given had no road access, was right next to the rec hall and was in the middle of four other sites. There were very few trees and absolutely no privacy- it felt more like a parking lot than any... More

We appreciate your comment and agree with you that new full size BBQ's would be appreciated by most of our guests. New BBQ's are in the plans for the coming year. More
