After I paid for myself and my 4 kids, I was told there was a beginner hill and 4 other mostly small runs open. I was charged full price. I said there are no runs open that would even challenge me and not much open in general, we are still getting charged full price? The lady

We booked here at the last minute to ring in the new year and weren't disappointed. The front desk staff were knowledgeable, accommodating and in good spirits (especially Jill). The food in the Birches restaurant was delicious and the New Year's buffet had an entire corner with

Affordable and enough to keep beginners entertained! No lines, tons of space on the hills and dreamy sky views- maybe 50 people total. A gorgeous night event. Beginner bunny hill not open at night but longer beginner hills were. Rates are 25$ for night ticket (down from 50$

Per night rent is way too high as compared to the quality of the property. Front Desk staff is not very friendly. Housekeeping staff is good. Breakfast restaurant staff was amazing. Breakfast was good. When room heater works, it raises the temperature unbearably. You can't

This resort has it all - comfortable clean rooms, fantastic staff and great food. There is no need to look elsewhere for great dining as the chef here is truly talented. The bar is well stocked with lots of choices for all tastes and Karen, our bar tender, was a lot of fun!!

Is the Hotel and surrounding areas Wheelchair Accessible?
As Natestahle says, the top floor would be suitable for wheelchair access. You enter the resort at this level into the main foyer for reception with the restaurant and bar also on this level. However, I am not sure about the door widths? When we stayed at Hidden Vally we were on the ground floor which was accessed down a long, steep stairway, which was very awkward as my wife and I had three large suitcases plus smaller bags between us. It was necessary to carry one bag at a time down when going to our room; then repeat the process up the stairs on departure. There is a path around the main building that would allow you to access the lake, but it may not be easy going for a wheelchair? This is the real highlight of the resort is the lake, so it would be a shame not to be able to enjoy it. there is another building between the resort and the lake which obstructs views of the lake from rooms, but there is a clear view from the restaurant. Hope this helps you with your decision whether to stay at Hidden Valley.
