Overpriced for the lack of quality very run down outside and inside poor service large gap around the door had to replace the door key 3 times as it did not work bedding was old and worn bathrooms dirty customer service terrible
We came here for the indoor pool, in March. The pool was too cold. The pool room was too cold. Doors were cracked open 2 inches to outdoors, and it was -5C So we really didn't enjoy ourselves much. The beds were also not that good. Too soft and old. Bring your own pillows.
I visited Ramada Jackson point in the past month, loved the ambiance, especially the lake view. Breakfast was amazing. On top of that rooms were sanitized. I and my family are satisfied with the services and will recommend the place for future holidays.
The room was great but the cleaning staff has no respect for sleeping costumers the noice level was to much and way to early and the breakfast was not complementary I was charge for it even though I ask if it was complementary the staff said it wasn’t I did not argued the breakfast was not great
My family and I stayed at the Ramada Jackson’s Point Resort & Spa in Sutton(Georgina), Ontario. Only an hour away from Toronto! I was accommodated with a spacious Lakeview King Deluxe Suite with Kitchen, which was a great asset for my baby’s necessities. The balcony had a wonderful view of the entire resort and you can see the Lakeview and lighthouse, a wonderful view to see when lodging on the balcony! And there’s also a communal bonfire you can cozy up around at night, wood provided by the hotel free of charge. The hotel also has a Lakeview Restaurant on site. There’s also a spa and banquet. When it comes to water sports activities you can rent it at additional costs. I didn’t get chance to go into the water but you can paddle right to the lighthouse if you wanted to! You can also walk along a deck so you get a better glimpse of the lighthouse and habour. The day we went, we were fortunate enough to catch a boat singing performance which was amazing to watch. Overall, it was an enjoyable relaxing stay, perfect for families, couples and groups. Social distancing and face masks are also required to be worn inside the hotel building, making it feel safe.…
