We had a good stay at this motel. It was convenient to town, clean and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and it was easy to access our room for my mother who uses a walker. We would definitely stay there again. BTW, there are no coloured stones beaches in the area.

Basic motel with everything you need. Coffee maker, TV, A/C, 4pc bath, pool. Not fancy, but clean. I recommend for the business traveler as I got a great nights sleep. I will stay there again without hesitation. Better than a lot of motels in this price range.

We had a small yellow worm squirming around under the bedspread and hair all over the pillows. The owner was extremely rude to me about it. I was asked what I expected them to do and told they would only change the sheets even though they were just changed that day. She actually squished the worm into the sheet! She...

Very old motel. needs to be torn down, way past being fixed up. Spider webs outside, dead bugs inside outside light fixtures outside. Bed sagged in middle, very depressing place to stay, won't go back. Way over priced for a old place.

I have read a couple of reviews and there is some truth to what is said. The rooms could use some updating.....if that's what you think is important then move on. Important to me is the cleanliness and comfort, free high speed internet, pool and everything else you need. The bathrooms are updated and clean. Newer carpet in our room....

Stayed here with my husband after a long day at the beach. Honestly we had stayed at other places in Kincardine before but saw this property as we drove by and glad we stopped as the rooms were nice and clean plus the price was reasonable. The sheets were clean and the room smelled nice. A/c worked pretty fast and...

The motel needs some serious updating, but in a pinch, its an ok place to stay. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean. Has tv, a/c, bar fridge, microwave and small coffee maker. Bed is a little older, but slept ok. May need replacing in the near future. Budget friendly place for families I believe. Has a pool...

I frequently stay here will I'm at work and must say very disappointed. They complain about have to clean the room's up after the guests and threaten to not accept us as guests any more. The amount of income they've made off this company is amazing they should be grateful for the business.

Stayed one night in mid summer, room is overall clean, carpet is clean, dated room, old and small bathroom. Mattress is new and comfortable. A/C is very old, loud but not producing cold air at all. Lucky that night was cool enough To turn off the A/C so I can fall asleep. You get what you pay for, good value...

A thrifty, basic motel / inn. Very polite, friendly and helpful front desk guy. We checked in very late at night and the guy brought over extra sheets and pillows and told us about the town and attractions. Clean suite and close to everything :) I would recommend this place as an affordable and simple place to stay overnight. The...
