We were looking for a location to spend our Valentine's Day and decided on this location in North Vancouver. It is a few minutes drive to Horseshoe Bay, Ambleside Beach, the Cleveland Dam and Grouse Mountain. This was the perfect spot for access. The hotel was easy to find. The set up is older but the room was clean and...

I have stayed here a number of times before while on business and will continue to do so. It is clean, comfortable and safe with great access to both downtown Vancouver and Horseshoe Bay. The staff are friendly and attentive. Probably wouldn't use the restaurant again but that's not the hotel's fault

I'm glad I chose this hotel to stay at during my trip to Vancouver. I found a really good deal via Hotels.com for a one-bedroom suite, with a king-sized bed. The premises is conveniently located within miles from Stanley Park, Downtown Vancouver, West Vancouver, and the famous Capilano Suspension Bridge Park. The staff was pleasant and professional; checking in was...

This is our second time staying here as a team. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. We were able to get one room with a small kitchen and it was very helpful for us to feed everyone. This establishment is not fancy or new but it is clean and well managed. I'm sure we will return!

The room was quiet and spacious. It was however very cold and there was no fridge. Traffic congestion from the Lion's gate bridge made accessing the hotel very awkward at sometimes of day. There is no alternate access from the back as some other hotels in the area.

Close to Vancouver without the expense of the hotels in the city. Easy to get to attractions from here and in our case, major hospitals. The rooms are satisfactory and clean. The beds and pillows are wonderful.

The rooms are not super modern, but they are clean and enough space to move about. We couldn't beat the price, $70 roughly. Restaurant on premises, but extra cost. Close to Capilano Suspension Bridge Park. I have to note...this is THE 1st time I have seen a recycle bin in a hotel room...impressed! Honestly, that move would bring me back...

We were given a room on the upper level due to full house and were promised to be relocated downstairs on the 3rd day. However, this arrangement had never been materialized and was possibly a stalling tactic. The room equipped with no refrigerator and thus making us a bit awkward after returning with dairy products. Location is the key attracting...

I would stay at any Best Western that up holds the standards upheld by this organization of hotel service. I have stayed in many high end hotels and Inn and B&Bs and Lodges. I do appreciate a very comfortable/clean bed and floors; not to keen on rugs. I especially appreciate being checked in with courtesy and kindness; not someone trying...

Parking was free but was very tight for larger vehicles or trucks. Room was clean. Nice and close to Park Royal mall, and access to lions gate bridge. Outdoor Pool was still open in October but we didn't use it.
