The premium room we were given was right outside maintenance and elevators. I barely slept from the noise of people and cleaning staff in the morning. The harbour view is nice but not worth the price for that noise.

Very good, clean and refreshing. Doggy bed was a nice touch. We had our dinner in our room and I ordered the mussels and Spicy red Thai curry, which did not really have any spice or curry flavour. My wife had the Caesar Salad, (she wouldn't have it again, which seemed to be made in front of the sink and she had the chicken wings.

Great view, lots of taverns in the area to visit. The resturant/bar in lobby was full. Thank goodness there were others to go visit to have a meal at the end of king day. If you bring kids there was an ice rink in walking distance. Don’t forget your bathing suit, we didn’t know do missed out on huge pool and hot tub…

Very nice room - super clean. Good price on booking.com. Bed was comfortable. Excellent location near pier - many good restaurants a coffee shops with heated outdoor seating. Only slight downside is wifi was a little slow.

I stayed at the North Vancouver Pinnacle hotel for 10 days in August of 2022. The staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and modern looking, and the location was stunning. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Following are few improvements that are needed ASAP. 1. No indoor slippers for room or toilet. 2. No complimentary comb 3. Old Model TV not wifi enabled due to which I could not connect any smart phone. 4. Coffee Machine Water compartment was dirty. 5. Alcohol should be optional and customer should be asked whether they want it in their room or not as due to religious reasons one might not want any alcoholic drinks .
