Overall we had a good stay, but the noise was a factor. The hotel would benefit greatly by upgrading the windows to make the rooms more sound proof. Since it is conveniently located near the highway and airport the noise is obnoxiously loud all night long. We had a good check-in

Sorry I didn't see your question. The shuttle leaves the hotel on the half hour and hour. Depending on the time of your arrival, you could call the hotel to see when it arrives at YVR. But it makes scheduled pick ups all day long.
