Your suite was upgraded and it was our fault that our agent did not disclose that information upon check in. Our restaurant offers breakfast choices therefore we were not required by brand standards to have a lounge however this is certainly an item that would be considered in our next renovation projects. Good Day Merinski, I apologize for the late reply. We do have a Park Stay and Go package available at the hotel which includes parking for up to 21 nights. To book this, please contact our hotel directly at and we can have a Reservations Agent speak with you. If you already have pre-existing reservation booked, we can offer parking of $20 (after taxes) per night pre, during and post trip. You will have to pay in full at the Front Desk during check in. Hello Edgussy, We do not charge a deposit but we require a credit card guarantee. Yes there is a smoking area outside of the hotel. The building is a non smoking building. Thanks, Gary Collinge General Manager

Really? You want to take a cat to a hotel?!! I didn't think cats liked travelling - mine certainly don't. Spare a thought for other guests, and put the moggie in a cattery!

Hello & thank you for your inquiry. Our airport shuttle leaves the airport every half hour at quarter after the hour and quarter to the hour. (15 & 45)

"Junior suite room with sofabed in the sitting room face the elevators, not too good for one sensitive to noise."

"The higher you are the quieter it is. Ask for a view of the mountains if you want to watch planes land."
"Stayed on the 6th floor. Really quiet. The elevators are separate so that the traffic doesn't bother you."
