Actually a decent stay in a roadside, airport crazed hotel with a Costco out the front door. Room was clean, bed was pretty comfy, windows were excellent as they blocked out the noise. Front desk was pleasant and efficient. I would stay here again.

This hotel is close to the airport, but is under the flight path of landing planes. There is a constant rumble of landing airplanes. For a light sleeper, this is not the hotel for you. I did not sleep at all during my stay. The room is small and clean. The queen sized beds were made for one person only per...

Iv2trvl3 - Thanks for taking a few moments to detail your recent stay with our hotel. The team and I appreciate your business and hope to welcome you again, despite the concerns expressed in your review. I would like to clarify a few items; being a airport hotel, there are occasions where aircraft noise can be a concern. There are...

Stayed there for 2 nights before joining the local tour for Rocky tour. Chose it because it was close to the Skytrain station and was much cheaper than staying downtown. The hotel lobby was pretty small and the room was in need of some update. Our air conditioning unit was rather ancient and quite noisy at night. The breakfast was...

AnnieWCL - I appreciate you taking a few moments to detail your recent stay with our hotel and noticing the the smaller things we take pride in to make our guest stay more comfortable. We are experiencing much warmer temperatures than normal in the Greater Vancouver Area, which has increased the work load of our new air conditioning units. We...

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Vancouver Airport couldn't have been better. The front desk clerks the early afternoon of June 8 were so helpful in explaining how to use the train system to get into Gastown, the Waterfront, China Town, etc. A short 8 block walk and we were able to explore all over using train, Seabus, and bus....

This hotel met our expectations for our four day stay. It is near shopping, entertainment, easy access to main highways, not far from the airport and only a half hour drive from downtown Vancouver. The room was comfortable, breakfast fine, and staff helpful. Value was great.

We arrived at this hotel one morning after getting off a cruise ship. They allowed us to eat breakfast and our rooms were ready around noon. The front desk was very helpful. It is very close to the airport (10 minutes or less) and they begin taking guest over to airport very early. One complaint is no business center. You...

Was looking for a hotel that would offer a package to shuttle us from airport and after staying one night a shuttle to the cruise port. They did a great job of this. Prices downtown were pretty steep also, so I got this package at a great deal. Room was good and being close to the airport it was quiet.If...

We stayed here before flying home. The usual Holiday Inn Express quality. Clean, comfortable with the morning breakfast. Friendly staff. It's across the street from a large Costco, with is very noisy at night and busy during the day. You can walk to the Casino and the Skytrain station to downtown in about 15 minutes. There's not a lot of...

This hotel is average. The rooms are tiny. A family of four with luggage barely has walking space. Several outlets didn't work. We had to unplug items to charge our phones. There are no refrigerators or microwaves which I feel are standard in HIE. However, the employees were top notch.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Appreciated the fact they do have 24 hours airport shuttle. That came in handy being our first time in Vancouver. This helped in smoothing our learning curve. The hotel is well situated with a good Restaurant (Fogg and 'Sudds) adjacent and MacDonalds opposite. The staffs were friendly and always ready and willing to...
