This Holiday Inn is great, location's close to shops and restaurants in Richmond. Cindy at the front desk was especially helpful and kind. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We would definitely be staying again.

this hotel has become our go-to location to facilitate early morning flights out in the morning; something not possible without accommodation from our home on the Sunshine Coast. The rooms are exactly what we have come to expect from Holiday Inn Express. front desk has always

Dear Mark E, Our shuttle normally runs to the airport, the Holiday Inn Vancouver Airport and our hotel only. Occasionally we may be able to drop our guests off near the skytrain station depending on the time of day and local traffic. In most cases if our shuttle is not available, many of our guests will walk to the station from the hotel, which takes approximately 5 minutes.

Dear MrQster, Great question! We do have limited rooms which connect, but have multiple options as far as room types go which do connect. The best thing to do would be to call the hotel directly. We'll be happy to help!

The most a taxi can hold is six people - although that also depends on the amount of luggage. Most often, maximum capacity is five people with luggage. Either way you would be looking at two taxis. I hope this helps!

The shuttle picks up at the airport automatically every 30 minutes on the :00 and :30 of each hour from 4:30am until 12:00am (midnight). After midnight we operate on an on-call basis, so please call the hotel from the airport to arrange a pick up at that time.

I just read below and realized you were going to a cruise ship so will have luggage. Depending on how early you have to be at Canada Place and how much luggage you have, you could still go by skytrain. Skytrain is busy during morning rush hour so would be harder to manouver with luggage. Check with the hotel and see if their shuttle bus will drop you off at Bridgeport Station which is a very short distance and the train has luggage racks.
