Abed in Devonport is run by Mandie and Tony and the bed in question is just one lovely double bedroom and ensuite shower room in a separate building at the end of their garden - it's plush and private. They originally built it for family visitors who were staying with them so it's up to a high standard with comfy couch, DVD player (no tv- who needs it, you're in Devonport!), small dinner table and seats as well as a fridge and cupboard full of breakfast goodies. I loved the fact that Devonport was only a few minutes walk away, yet I could retreat here and feel the peace and quiet. When I go back to Devonport, this is where I'll be staying if they're not booked out.
