We had a family celebration which involved the two of us taking a Sunday Stayover and having the whole family to lunch the following day. We had a superb time, great food, wine and accommodation and the staff were superb.

They definitely don't have any ground floor rooms at the moment - we were thinking of taking my Mother for a short break so I enquired whilst we were there. They will be developing the older buildings at the back and creating some ground floor accommodation then but nothing yet I'm afraid. (Stairs to the rooms are fairly easy if the individual can climb a normal staircase) No steps on the ground floor between bar, restaurant and outside.
