We found Kinneskie House to be the ideal place for a relaxing break. The situation is delightful and the lovely conservatory allows excellent views of the garden and local wildlife whilst enjoying a full Scottish breakfast. Our bedroom was immaculate and extremely comfortable. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful and we hope to return.

We had a lovely one night stay at Kinneskie, the location is gorgeous, looking out over the Black Isle and the Moray Firth. The owners were really friendly and made us feel very welcome and at home. Definitely recommended!

Kinneskie House is a modern Bed and Breakfast bungalow 15 minutes drive north of Inverness - and, it's barely a 10 minute drive along a nice, rural peninusla from the best dolphin-watching site (from land) in the UK. We watched a small school of bottle-nosed dolphins hunting barely 25 yards off shore for half an hour at Chanonry Point ,...

There was great choice for breakfast, too. And it was very reasonably priced. We'll definitely be going back, and recommending it to our...

My mother and I spent two weeks in September on a self-drive tour of the UK - staying at various B&B's along the way. Of all the places we stayed throughout our trip, the Kinneskie House is the one we are going to most remember. We spent 3 nights at the Kinneskie House and wish we could have stayed longer....

With a superb location overlooking the surrounding regions Kinneskie House B&B was the perfect place for touring The Black Isle, Inverness, Beauly and the Glenmorangie Distillery. Within two days Chris, the owner, easily managed to improve our well-being with his friendly character and his great and extensive breakfast which included Haggis, Black Pudding and, on one morning, even pancakes.
