Stayed at the Americana Village in their standard room with my husband, our adult son and 6 y/o daughter to go skiing at Heavenly ski resort. This was our first winter experience in Tahoe, and only our second time visiting this area. So I was relying heavily on the reviews to help guide me as well as being budget friendly...

The recommendations of others were spot on. The room/suite was nice. The welcome nice, lobby popcorn and continental breakfast were also nice. I lost a key on the slopes, and the reception staff were very understanding, for which I thank them!

For what appears to be a converted motel property, my friend and I were very pleased with the room and amenities of this resort. Found as last-minute time-share ski lodgings, we're very conveniently located for Heavenly Valley Ski Resort. We were allowed to park about a half mile away at an affiliate resort which is across the street from Heavenly's...

When it comes hotels, I find myself hesitant to stay at places that are not a trusted brand because I never really know what I'm getting. With that, it was a very pleasant surprise when we walked into our room. It was very nice and had that cottage/cabin feel to it. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a...

For the price we paid for our stay and comparing it to other cabin rentals around Lake Tahoe, I was hesitant and skeptical about this place. I thought it would be unpleasant but it turned out to be quite the opposite. I mean it isn't luxury but the rooms were pretty decent and spacious. We had adjoining rooms since there...

This is a timeshare that also rents to individuals/families when not fully booked. I've stayed here twice, once with a timeshare exchange and another time for two nights midweek paying the daily rate. The rooms were different, but the experience the same: - Clean rooms, much nicer than the typical Lake Tahoe area timeshare or motel. - The outside looks...

Delighted with our King Suite. Arrived during heavy snow but checkin was easy, fast & smooth. Love the amenities as well as the accommodations. You just can't go wrong here. Everyone is friendly. The activities are fun. Outdoor pool & hot tub open during winter. Two big screen tvs & full supplied kitchen. Very pleasant stay. One of the best resorts...

If you are looking for a really convenient South Shore place to stay look no further. Walking distance to all things fun, plus private beach access in the Summer months. Great for getting caught up on your DVD watching too, with a great selection in the Front Office. See you guys again soon.

Have stayed here previously in studio which was fine, but this time we got a 1 bedroom unit. It was great. Nice décor with full kitchen, big TV, and comfortable pull out sofa. The ottoman also converts into a single bed. We stayed as part of an RCI timeshare this time. Far better than Tahoe Beach & Ski (which we...

We used our RCI timeshare points for this cozy studio suit. You may not think all appliances are modern by the look of the property exterior. Both living room and bed room has own widescreen flat TV with VDO player. The kitchen is quite small but you are not there to spent time on cooking anyway. Bathroom, toilet, kitchen, bedroom...
