The location is favorable due to its proximity to backwater, although it is considerably distant from the city center.
The rooms are very clean. Insects and bugs enter rooms when doors are open. It is imperative that we maintain the doors in a closed position.

Location is very beautiful. Staff is cooperative. Nice clear water pool to enjoy.
Room was big and spacious. But it start leaking water heavily in slightly heavy rain.
Its no use to have balcony room if its leaking or dripping water during rains.
Food is below average. I think they should improve about menu selections. Also they do not offer rooms without food option.
SPA option is also available at 4th floor of astatically very poorly designed so called "Nest". One have climb 4 floors and experience is average. There is no abidance just ordinary room having massage tables. We think it have been better if have skipped SPA sessions. Overall not worth price vs delivery.

Had Stayed here for two nights. This is in Kushalnagar which is not the core madikeri but 30kms behind madikeri. Had a wonderful experience and the location, atmosphere and the food was great. Resort is maintained well and the swimming pool is maintained well. The backwater view and river side walk is amazing and a great experience. They provide cycles at extra cost and also there are some good amenities with light music in the evening. Great value for money!

Only thing which I found good was the view from balcony. Remaining complementary amenities like swiming pool, indoor games, child park, dance set, singer, cycles were like checkboxes. They could have given people good food in form of lunch/dinner instead. which was not included in package and also was whoppingly costly, given there are no other means to buy food in that remote place. Breakfast was average. Greedy management mindset I would say, they need to be more customer centric.

We stayed at this resort for a couple of days. Although the location is awesome, the room we were allocated was terrible. We stayed in jungle studio room which has an awful ambiance. It was not worth paying so much for such a small room that lacked quality. Plus the WiFi was not available as advertised for the entire duration of our stay and the management wasn’t even willing to compensate for the inconvenience and lack of service. Overall, very disappointed with our experience.

We myself and my wife visited Coorg jungle camp back water resort from Feb 24th to 27th 2023.We had very fruitful stay at the resort. Variety of food stuff served in dining room.Especially we enjoyed grape fruit juice chicken ghee roast cut fruits etc.
Further accomodation was very good, very clean room with AC.we enjoyed live music songs sung by two singers.Overall a very fruitful and enjoyable stay at the resort.

We went there in March and stayed for 3 nights. We were traveling without any of the male family members so wanted to book a safe holiday destination for ourselves.
We had taken the morning bus from Bangalore to Kushalnagar to reach the resort.
Everything about this resort is awesome. The location is breathtakingly splendid with the mesmerizing backwaters and the super coffee plantations. The coffee plants were in full bloom and the scintillating aroma filled the air all around.
The staff right from the security at the gate to the reception manager, chef, and all the other staff made sure that we had an awesome stay at the resort.
Rooms were spacious and comfortable.
The breakfast and dinner was inclusive in the per night tarrif. And the food was mind-blowing! Every item was meticulously curated in the taste of the guests.
The best part about the resort is that they do not have stag entry so if traveling alone was easy.
If you are looking for a place to just sit back and rejuvenate then this should be your ultimate destination.
Once again thank you to the entire staff.

Pro's:
Great location, right by the side of harangi backwaters with scenic background.
Rooms are spacious, featuristic and in line with the website description and photos.
Food was pretty good with decent options - Options in buffet can be improved.
Kids play area is pretty good.
Overall value for money. Prices are slightly on the higher side.
Con's:
Bed sheets weren't fully clean and had stains.
Health faucet wasn't in working condition.
Bath Tub cap doesn't have chain for removal.
Cycles provided were not in good condition and 100/hr is not justified. When charged for cycling, cycles should be maintained in good condition.
Indoor Gaming location is pretty small and stinks once people start playing due to poor ventilation. Table Tennis doens't have sufficient space for play.
Badminton can be added which will give occupants better option in spending time.

Everything was good ☺️ the staff is very friendly ,kudos to Madan for his brilliant hospitality we loved the plantation tour.
And a spectacular view of the backwaters , the plus point of the resort.
Also the beverages are sold at MRP rates .
Though there were no temperature checks but everything was sanitised including our luggage
The resort was 80% filled but social distancing was maintained so we felt safe even during this pandemic
Totally it was a very beautiful stay , we regret not staying for 2 days

Not required if you are travelling with your family
They are repairing the most important roads first. The resort is located a couple of kilometers off the main road, so it should not be a problem. I don't believe the jungle path was damaged. But yes, it is always best to check with the resort just to be sure.
Hotel is Around 16 km from Monastery... Most tourist places are near to madikeri which is 30 km away from resort. Offcourse they provide the Sightseeing assistance ... Try to go Nisargadhama- cavery backwater stream at the end which you cross on the way to resort. Chech the date for booking on the website or call the hotel for more info

I was there on Honeymoon suit three month back. I got the C2 honeymoon cottage with good garden and pool view. The opensky bathtub and clean bathrooms and private open sky garden too. The view was awesome becoz it cover the pool as well as lake view. So try to get the C2... If u get C4 then you wont get pool view
