Six families spent a week here in mid October - the hotel has been transformed into a huge and well equipped holiday home, with the highlight being the central glass-roofed atrium featuring pool tables, table tennis and air hockey. Everyone had an ensuite bedroom, towels and linen were provided, there was plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses for everyone and...

We booked in March, received confirmation, arrived and it was shut! Looked like it's gone bust or changed hands and they didn't bother notifying anyone who had booked. Called and emailed no response. If I could score it none I would.

My friend got married at the hotel in March and the hotel really went out of their way to look after her and her husband on their special day. The room was lovely for the wedding, really light and bright, and the staff were really friendly. The hotel room was clean and very comfortable with a nice bathroom. Only thing...

This is the hotel where we have stayed many times before, my daughter even had her wedding reception here - yet this trip was awful! There were no staff, the check in was abysmal - In fact following our check in we received a telephone call to ask if we still required our rooms! As per our previous stays the...

Our room was entered from the outside of the hotel. Very dark each evening as the lights didn't come on outside automatically. The room was wheelchair accessible and contained 1 standard size double bed and an ensuite wet room. The room was warm and cosy. The bed was comfortable, the bed linen and the towels were clean. The floor was tiled...

Superb! Best meal and dining experience in a very long time we took our family of 7, and even though we hadn't booked,,they accommodated us really well!! It's lovely to see this place busy, the conservatory had a big group in, the small bar was full, and even up in the bar where they had moved the pool table to...
