We had a day tour in Las Casas The tour was excellent and will make you go back in time. The view were spectacular. Everything is picture perfect. It is noticeable that every detail in the resort was well planned and executed. Just bring your water, camera, comfortable clothes, and put sunscreen if you wish to join the tour.

Too much construction is ongoing. Front desk service and house keeping is terrible. The reception area was chaotic and dirty. We were led into our room and were preparing to shower when we discovered that the back door behind the curtain was open. Anyone could have come in to the room or peeped. There were construction workers sleeping right outside....

I'm the one who always plan our trip so I chose Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar. Four hours of travelling was worth it when you get there. The place was huge and beautiful. I love going and seeing to historical sites. We only had a day tour and we had a lack of time touring the place. So, that's why...

I was very excited to see the filipino heritage and i was not disappointed.feel like i was back to the past. Clean and well maintained. But the owner need to invest more with the food and beverage. Food is unbelivably worse than ever. Price is not worth paying for. The system of the management is not ready for a long...

My Family checked in the whole building 3 for a night. Definitely the aesthetics of the place is really great. The sights were phenomenal and definitely worth your time. However it went scaling down when some of the facilities for the room didn't properly work (ie.Aircon, Kettle). Dinner service and Breakfast was horrible, some staff were just on idle instead...

Nice preservation efforts. Staff are accommodating. The reception area is not that good because I think they are partially doing some construction. The receptionist are accommodating but because of the big number of arrivals some guests have to wait to be entertained. The train system is not available that time. Limited transpo only jeepney. Over-all the place is very much...

The preservation of the old houses are really amazing! The tour guide gave us a very unique experience of our past. We checked in at 3pm, joined the 4:30 pm guided tour, had dinner at 7pm and enjoyed the sea breeze at our small balcony. Before our breakfast, we stroll along the beach and the Venice-like canal, bridges and estero.the...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
A fine showcase of Filipino history and craftsmanship, Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar in Bataan takes you back to 18th-century Philippines in the twinkling of an eye. Architectural pieces of a bygone era, from different parts of the country, were reconstructed brick by brick, plank by plank. The noble-class mansions, wooden stilt houses, and a grand main building made of stone stand proudly in a village of cobblestone streets. To add up to the ambiance, a backdrop of majestic mountains, expansive rice fields, and a running river that flows to the sea, are found in the vast property. Truly a travel destination unlike any other, this resort in Bataan is a living museum of Philippine heritage. The traditional houses as hotel accommodations are the centerpiece of this Bataan beach resort about 125 km northwest of Manila. Even so, this destination resort does not lack in providing avenues for entertainment, relaxation, and recreation. It has the Napiya Spa, a swimming pool, private beach, gaming center, 3 restaurants, conference and banquet facilities, cultural shows, and heritage tours. Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar takes pride in giving you a glimpse of the past, reliving the age-old yet distinctive Filipino traditions, while providing the luxuries and comforts of contemporary times. ... more   less
