Our stay was partially good with this resort, The resort is in a very good location, food was very good. The resort was just opened after the COVID-19 pandemic, required some maintenance. There was some girls stayed in the resort above our room (as per the staff, relatives of the management), they were making lot of noise even after mid night, dancing on the wood floor (ceiling of our room) , because of poor acoustic insulation, we could not sleep.

We stayed for 6 days . We got the river facing room in the ground floor. Room was large . Only issue with the room was that the door had translucent glass door which was too bright during the day / early morning. We had to cover it with paper to reduce light . The rooms could do with better maintenance- but not unlivable.
Room service and service at restaurant was good. People were very friendly - Manage Shakeer / Room service boy /cook / house keeping team.
The room itself had a direct view to a small garden and to Pamba river.
Overall we enjoyed the stay and would recommend it

The resort is situated near backwaters which is both exquisite and serene with calm atmosphere. Excellent facilities and a nice place to enjoy nature's beauty. A resort that you can recommend for everyone and spend your quality time with your friends/family. Every frame of this resort is beautiful. A clean area that is in harmony with nature. Good food & truly wonderful staff especially the manager at the property Mr. Ajith was very professional and facilitated all our requirements.

Please carry some eggs before entering into the hotel Please carry some water bottles while staying here. Please carry some room cleaner Please be ready to take the attitude of home service guy.

We stayed here in the property on 18th Nov. 2024 with 10 couples from different states of India. As a travel agent I found this property wonderful. The property is at the edge of backwaters with levish scenic views and spacious rooms. The dining space is beautiful with with good service staff. I would like stay here again in January 2025 with my another group.

We visited the property for the first time. Stayed for a couple of days. We were amazed with their attention, politeness, warmth and in detail service approach. Rooms are nice. We took two adjacent rooms. Property is located aside the river. Pool is operational under their set hygienic standards. Food is also very nice. Special mention of Rohith from front office, Anish and Elbees from Rooms division and Prakash and Suran from Kitchen. Good work. Keep it up.

Beautiful place to relax. After lots of travelling I was looking for somewhere to just be by myself and relax and read. This place was perfect. The pool was small so if it was being used it felt busy but there was plenty of of gardens to sit and relax in

It was a great experience with Triveny Camelot Resort, we already stayed with their another property. Here its a different ambience with a calm and quite atmosphere, staffs are very friendly and helpful. Also they have a childrens play area which is situated near to the lake

It was really good than I expected. Loved this place. Clean rooms and bathrooms, Courteous staff, and clean backwaters. reasonable price. We were a group of 19 adults and 5 kids. Everyone enjoyed the stay and the pool. The only drawback Is that the pool is a bit small.I would give 4/5.

Stayed in 2 nearby rooms excellent and comfortable stay, recommended by Gopan stayed here couple of weeks ago . Awesome food, warm welcome, smiling faces around. Nice experience will come back with family and will definitely recommend.
