We travel to Mt Maunganui quite often to visit family and decided to stay here as a treat as it right across the road from the main beach. We were booked into a 1 bedroom apartment with partial views and we were on the 3rd floor in 3G. I had booked through Booking.Com and when comparing the prices with the...

Beautiful location and spacious clean apartment. We were beachfront ground floor next to restaurant/cafe. Would stay at complex again but never in this same flat. Lots of noise late at night and starting VERY early every morning coming from next door. Due to sharing the restaurant wall lots of banging, clanging, chairs scraping - the works from about 530am and...

Must book. Not many rooms. Was no vacancy when we stayed. Good location, in the heart of the mount and Next to great cafes. Allocated Secure parking at rear. First floor was not quite ocean view but still stunning. Shower poorly designed. After showering the whole bathroom is wet, as the water builds up and flows around the glass. Being...

Great location with amazing views. Perfect for exploring the area, wandering the beaches or climbing the Mount. Rooms equipped well, clean and comfortable beds! We had a huge balcony with views of the sea although back was very overlooked hence 4 stars. The underground parking was really useful and they have a lift to get large overseas suitcases to rooms....

Had booked through bookings.com. Owner rang to say they had double booked. Checked family size and said they had booked me into similar accommodation next door. On arrival did not get similar accommodation. Wanted two bedrooms as per my booking and got one and a half. One child on couch which we didn't want. Other room only big enough for...

We have been coming here for the last four years and its central to the restaurants and the beach is just across the road with lovely views. The cruise ships come in and we love watching all that is going on. We go for a walk around the Mount which keeps us fit. Its just so relaxing here and the...

We arrived here about a week before Christmas day. Little did we know it would prove to be our most disappointing stay in any place ever. The room itself was nice with lots of space and a fantastic balcony and with a lovely view. And that´s really the only positive thing we have to say. One of the reasons we...

It's our first hotel/motel experience in New Zealand and it did not leave us very good impression of New Zealand's service level. If you are just looking for great apartment with good location and view, then this could be the one for you. But for the price we paid for it, I did not think it's worthwhile. On top of...

On our trip from the UK, we booked to stay in here and in quite upset we could only do one night! The staff on reception were wonderful and very friendly. On reaching our room, I can positively say this was stunning, spotless and had some rather amazing views! The weather was bad but we didn't just want to stay...
