The place was TOO cold - considering the time of the year, it would make sense for management to turn up the heating prior to guests' arrival. It took us 24 hours to heat up the chalet & most of us could not sleep at night. A few things were not working - shower head in the bath tub upstairs,...

Thank you for your feedback as we constantly strive to improve our guest experience. We have addressed the maintenance issues and have also adjusted our check-in procedures especially during extreme cold weather. (coldest w-end in Quebec’ history) We hope you will give us another chance to host you and your family in the future.

Now it was the third time we went all the way from good old Germany to Canada to celebrate Christmas with lots of snow in "our" chalet in Fiddler Lake Resort. Though we have a nice home and have been travelling nearly worldwide, there is in our opinion no other place as wonderful for a nice and quiet Christmas with...

We rented a chalet with my whole family (about 20 people including 8 children) for New Years. We rented #96. From the minute we walked in there were problems. Upon arrival we found a big pile of garbage on the front porch and then more disappointments from there on out. Here's the short list: - Heat not regulated throughout chalet....

Our family stayed in Chalet #41. It was quiet, private, very spacious, and so beautiful. There were 11 of us and we never once felt crowded. The kids loved the hot tub and sauna. Great hockey rink with warming hut and fire to keep you warm. The pool table and board games was a great touch, kept us all busy...

We went to Chalet #3 for a birthday party. It was the most beautiful chalet I had been to so far. Very clean and very pretty, like a little house from a fairytale. The hot tub was very clean and pretty big. The sauna worked perfectly and was something fun to enjoy. Great friends, great times.

I have stayed at Fiddler Lake Resort a few times already. As a romantic getaway and as a family mini vacation. The resort accommodates both. We rented with another family during the ski season and all parties had a blast. Close to the ski hills and downtown saint sauveur, where you can find great restos. We enjoyed the private sauna...
