A charming petit chateau lovingly restored 25 years ago by a Dutch gentleman - Paul - who is still the front of house, the chef and the maître d. We were the only guests on a late July Wednesday and were treated to the best room in the house....the vast piggeonier....

If you like themed hotels with everything in its place, a large choice on the menu, efficient but soulless staff, then this is not for you. Shabby chic abounds in this very old chateau the rooms of which there are 5 are all filled with antiques, we stayed in a large room with a massive double bed, separate bath/shower room...

We stayed in this beautiful setting for one week in July. It is an amazing chateau in a secluded location within 1 hour of Carcassone and Toulouse. You are looked after like Royalty. The room was beautiful with amazing views. The food is first class and the owner Paul ensures your stay is perfect !!!! We will definitely be back...

Thank nick c
