My husband & I stayed for 7 nights at Reid's Place as our son was competing in a National sporting tournament. We were delighted to find Reid's Place, we felt like we were family. Beth & Rob gave us the warmest welcome, making us feel like we were at home. Beth & Rob are very gracious & thoughtful hosts who go above & beyond expectation - nothing is to much trouble. Our cottage was beautifully & elegantly appointed, & spotless. The personal touches such as chocolate, bubbles, beer, biscuits, cheese, milk, orange juice, right down to makeup wipes in the bathroom was duly noted & appreciated!! Beautiful breakfast served daily on the balcony - thank you so much. It was a pleasure to meet you both & thank you for taking such good care of us & taking the time to get to know us as well- we will be back!! Take care!

I invited a friend to experience a High Tea in a beautiful setting. We were not disappointed. Beth and her staff were extremely welcoming. We loved our high tea tower. It had a fantastic assorof sweet and savoury. My guest preferred more savoury. We asked if we could have a few more sandwiches. It was no trouble. I felt like Alice in Wonderland. Without the Mad Hatter. It was all gorgeous I will be returning soon .

From the minute we walked in we felt like we were home. What an incredible experience. Four of us went for high tea to celebrate my birthday. Beth ( our host) presented me with a hand made doily that she had made. It's beautiful. After a delicious high tea we wondered around the grounds. They are stunning. A great venue for a wedding. At the end Rob, Beths' hubby chatted to us and gave us all the history of Redcliffe...it was so interesting. I'm going to do a hens high tea for my daughter when she comes up from Melbourne. She will love it. Can't wait to go back. Thank you Beth & Rob Xx

Such a lovely personal experience. Beth was so friendly and greeted us by name. We had a beautiful High Tea on the verandah with birds in the trees, freshly bakes scones and locally made jam, amongst other treats. I almost forgot how close we were to Redcliffe City as we felt like we had been transported back in time. The gardens are beautiful and tidy, they would be perfect for a sneaky wedding.

Attended here in March 2020 (just before COVID hit big time) for a fundraiser organised by my sister. The staff at Reid's Place were very courteous and helpful, the high tea was absolutely wonderful, and the ambience was lovely. The proper social distancing was adhered to. Thanks for making my sister's fundraiser very enjoyable.

From the moment i wandered up the path, there was a feeling of warmth and welcome. Bit like going to your favourite relatives for a lovely Sunday afternoon. The food was devine, the service impeccable but, for me the lovely atmosphere was what made my day. Could do it all again tomorrow.

My wife and I stayed for 2 night at Reid's Place around the Jetty 2 Jetty Fun Run, rather than the more typical 'apartment block' we stayed at last year - what an amazing experience from start to finish. Beth gave us the warmest welcome you could ever hope for and made us feel at home - Beth and Rob are very gracious hosts who go above and beyond expectation. Our cottage was beautifully and elegantly appointed, and spotless. Extra personal touches such as chocolate, bubbles, biscuits, cheese, milk, orange juice and great coffee were very much appreciated. The professional but welcoming customer service is second to none - Beth made sure what we were beautifully looked after and had a peaceful break. Great spa bath! Fantastic breakfast on the balcony enjoying the best garden in the neighbourhood - a terrific place to stay and enjoy. Highly recommend to all friends and family. Thank you Beth and Rob, we will be back. It was a delight to meet you.

We arrived @ Reid’s place mid afternoon a Saturday . Our cottage was ready for us , the owner Beth greeted us and made us feel so special. The cottage has everything you could possibly want , presented in a wonderful old fashioned style . China tea cups, doilies on the tables , a very comfortable queen sized bed , a huge spa bath . The personalised touch by the owners however totally made the stay . The wonderful greeting , the packet of biscuits provided with the tea and coffee , the cheese and biscuit platter wine chocolates and I took a photo of the brekkie wow ! .. We cannot wait to return .. thank you for the wonderful stay and exceptional service
