Would highly recommend. Beautiful farmhouse in idyllic surroundings. Lovely rooms and hospitality. Had a great sleep and woke up to the best breakfast ever made with freshly laid duck eggs. Wish I could have stayed longer!

From the moment we arrived until we left it was like being at home. Dont know where to start as it was all top notch. The Garden room was huge and was very well suited for us and the dog. The bed was super comfortable and a big size (@ 6'05" i normally find beds in b & b's small....

My husband and our 2 children booked a weekend stay here for the half term holiday, as it was recommended to us by a friend who could not rate it highly enough...thanks Sue!! We couldn't have been more pleased with everything...the cleanliness (especially since my daughter and I are on the OCD radar!!), the hospitality and the breakfasts, which left...

My son and I booked a 7 night stay on the farm and we had such a fantastic time. Helped by the very sunny weather and our very welcoming hosts Karen and Terry. My ten year old loved the animals on the farm and was able to collect eggs, groom the horses and play with Karen's two dogs , who...

I booked this for our anniversary as a weekend break and after a terrible journey to be shown to our room with a chilled bottle of champagne waiting it was pure delight. The view from our room in the morning was stunning overlooking the lake and the golf course. The room was immaculate with lots of little extra touches. This...

I booked one night's stay at Point Farm as I was taking my young sons horse riding early the next morning on Camber Sands and the location was perfect to minimise the early start. Our nicely decorated room even had a horsey theme! The B and B is on a small farm and within minutes my sons were egg collecting...

This was our first staycation as a family and we stayed in the Yard Room. Karen was wonderful with her communication to us and we had a travel cot in our room for our son. The location is wonderful and took us 10-15 mins to walk to the beach with our toddler. Camber Sands beach is wonderful. The B&B was...

From the minute that Ruby greeted us on our arrival, until we checked out two days later, we were made to feel most welcome. Ruby is an outstanding hostess and went out of her way to ensure that our stay was as lovely as it was. The accommodation itself is clean, cosy and comfortable while the views from our bedroom,...
