I stayed here for 2 nights. During the off season I have found affordable deals at Chateau & Relais properties. This was such a place. Funky but elegant. A solid structure with excellent staff, funky decor, rooftop pool as well as a heated pool in the garden. I stayed in the main building and the room was large as was...

The lady who saw a ghost made me laugh , it could be possible . The hotel was an overnight stop for us but the area is charming , secluded but with stunning views . Perched among the forests and hills the place is one to come and relax . There is a charming pool shaded by trees and also...

We booked into a garden suite which was damp, dark, tiny, cave like and not at all the standard of a Relais & Chateau hotel. We asked to move and was offered a room in the main chateau which was much better & more spacious. On our 2nd night i was woken in the night by a figure i thought...

The hotel / castle is certainly in an amazing spot, surrounded by idyllic countryside and charming French villages. We were only there for 4 days but could have easily enjoyed longer. The hotel itself is full of character and quirky features - dungeons, roof top pool etc - most of which we loved. The staff were generally helpful but could...

This hotel is part of Relais et Chateau and you do feel like you're staying in a castle. The inside has beautiful features as well, with a fireplace and common areas inviting you to read or enjoy a cup of tea. Our room overlooked the front of the castle with views of the pool and mount Canigou, which was great...

The ratings of this Hotel are well earned. We enjoyed our room near the pool with a private terrace for relaxing and reading. Large bathroom with double sinks, with a rather hobbit like decor. Kitschy and we liked it. Great hiking in the area and the hotel supplies clear directions in writing. The Hotel's restaurant does really fine and creative...

A beautiful location, in the most romantic setting. We had wonderful views from both windows in our room. The breakfast room which seems to hover over the forest is especially charming.

This hotel is the perfect place to stay to expore the Pyrenees. It is elegant, the stay is extremely helpful and the setting fabulously tranquil and elegant. Our room was large and had a great view. We slept with the sound of the river. I think it's worth upgrading to a larger room with a view. The spa services are...

First off, a glorious location, up a valley above steaming Prades, and within easy reach of many stunning attractions. The chateau is an amusing 19th century folly, decorated with flair. Doubtless it offers the best rooms. We stayed in two rooms in an annex that had both attractive features (large bathrooms, for example, and terraces) but also a serious draw-back:...
