Arrived in February 2016, having contacted the hotel only a month before, to find it had shut down without contacting people!!! Totally ruined our anniversary weekend. I was disgusted to find that no one made any attempt to let us know, even though the hotel had our contact details. I will never visit any of Marco Pierre White's hotels or...

This hotel is a very interesting site, the rooms were satisfactory and the food and service was very good in a pleasant and interesting dining room. It allows easy access to many places in the Cotswolds.

Weather weren't the best when we arrived at The Frogmil. We had paid extra and upgraded the room to best room. The room itself was lovely and the character of this place is fab. Unfortunately, as previously mentioned, the weather was bad... the room temperature dropped like a stone and became quite drafty throughout the night. We rang reception who...

Arrived this afternoon for a pre booked stay which we booked in October via Groupon. Contacted hotel in October top rebook dinner reservations at 7pm only to find the the hotel is completely empty and all locked up. 6 of us stayed for an overnight stay. Lovely building with a lot of history. All rooms were comfortable. Bathrooms could do with updating but no big issue. Plenty of hot water. Good tea and coffee making facilities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast was delicious. ( especially the sausages at breakfast)Would happily stay again.

This would have been our third visit to the Frogmill for New Year's Eve. We booked six rooms last June for two nights. I had tried to contact the Frogmill on several occasions regarding our booking, menu and price. I had intermittent responses the last one about three weeks ago to say they were just planning the menu. I came...

Booked a 90th birthday party - dinner bed and breakfast for 15 family members. Three days prior phone call to say hotel is closed for refurbishment - had everything arranged including the cake through the Frogmilll all booked back in September. Subsequently found out the hotel has been sold but is not being refurbished. Had visited here previously and loved...

Booked and due to stay only to receive a voicemail 12 days before informing us that the hotel is closing. No apology either Thanks guys for ruining our Xmas plans and surely the 'refurbishment' you used as the reason for closing you would have known about before now and could have given much more notice than this Maybe even not...

Hi. I recently booked a groupon deal for this hotel. On booking there was very limited availability even though was looking for dates 2 months later. Finally was booked for this weekend. Today received a one line email saying hotel was closed for refurbishment. No warning, no explanation about refund or rebooking. Very unimpressed to the point where I wondered...
