I liked it - and I didn't. The hotel has an excellent Sea view - and is situated next to the busy harbour which means you can hear the noise from the boats coming and going all day - and the cargo boats late in the evening. The hotel itself is very basic but with a nice laid back atmosphere,...

I stayed here for like 4-5 times already. Everytime I plan to visit Larn Island, this place is my first choice due to following couple reasons. The location is really good, it's one of the closest resort to Na Barn Pier, also this place is literally 20 steps from 7-11. Second, the view from the room is really nice because...

Stayed here for 4 days. Place has a great location, you can wake up right at the sea with a great room. Rooms are very basic so don't expect any luxury, staff was extremely friendly and the food really good. Only downside is that you can't really walk to the beach if you want to lie there. You have to...

Lareena puts you right in the center of the village and right alongside the pier. The room was large comfortable with A/C and fridge and balcony over the water. Although I didn't find any great restaurants on the island, Lareena was probably the best. Very nice included breakfast. The staff were helpful with securing transportation.

We booked a couple of rooms and stayed here for three nights at the end of Feb 2015 and had a very pleasant time. It exceeded our expectations in most areas. I live in Thailand with my partner and when my sister came to stay we wanted to get away for a short break. Having never been over to Koh...

Literally only a few moments walk from the pattaya ferry dock. Staff super helpful and extremely pleasant. Has to have the best night view of the water and city of pattaya in the not too far distance. I think you can get better value for your dollar here on the island, but I doubt you would get a better location...

This hotel is highly convenient being right next door to the Naban port which has nearly hourly ferry service and the only 7-11. The staff is highly helpful and friendly. Overall a very nice stay, not 5 star by any imagination but very boutique.

Me and my Partner went here last wednesday for a night away from the mainland. We got the ferry from Pattaya Pier to Koh Larn (Tawean Beach) and then got a Baht bus from there to Na Ban pier (10 Baht each) and lareena was a 2 min walk from the pier. Its bright and colourful, we went into reception...

I will start by saying that we didn't actually pay for this stay ourselves.....it was a nice gift from a friend of my girlfriend. In saying that I was a little disappointed with the condition of the hotel.....starting to decay and could do with an overhaul. I understand that a hotel in such a location does face some unique challenges...

TIP: if you are thinking of staying on Koh Larn and want to know about the beaches on the island read my reviews of the beaches of Ko Lorn. These are the same island but for some strange reason Trip Advisor lists them separately which means Koh larn has hotels listed but no attractions, and Ko Lorn has attractions listed...
