Spot on couldn’t ask for anything more. The breakfast although it was self serve had a great variety and choice. I stayed in the king room with the spa bath and the spa bath was an amazing way to relax

I booked this through anther website where the owner had described a hot tub, mountain view etc. On arrival, it was a shared spa bath, self service breakfast, no mountain view (just a horrible garden with skips in it), dirty rooms especially the kitchen, and nobody onsite to deal with any immediate concerns. I used the spa bath before realising it was shared with people in the other room (although you do have a key to lock the door). Items were left in our room to indicate it had not been cleaned. The continental breakfast was self service cereal or pop tarts. I discovered what could only be described as fermented food under the chopping board which put me off using the kitchen entirely! After complaining (remotely via phone) I asked to have a word and if I could have a discount. I was told he would get back to me. After a long time with no reply I decided to pack my bag and leave. There was a lot of debate about whether I should have a refund (a long-winded story) where I ended up feeling threatened as a single mum with her child there. The result was, I could have a refund if I removed my booking details off the website so I could not make a written complaint, and, he wanted to see me do it as proof! This place could be a really nice place to stay IF it is described in the proper way, priced more realistically and has someone present.
