The rooms are very poor. We were 3 people and only two old towels were left in the room. A/c was not working and was not fixed but the worse was the feeling about sleeping on wet sheets. what a horrible night,,, Breakfast was ok. Also was a mistake with the price, I was charged twice.

The staff were all so kind and genuine. They went over that top for our anniversary and unexpectedly brought a romantic desert and wine to the rooftop for my wife and I. We really enjoyed the peacefulness of the location and loved the Master Suite's spaciousness that allowed us to have in-room dining

We stayed at Iguana Crossing for five days in May, and it was heaven. So peaceful and in sync with nature and the surroundings. The service is excellent, and I never gave eating there and drinking their water, using their ice a second thought. I knew we were well taken care of. Breakfast is perfect - made to order eggs...

During the month of April 2015 we stayed at the Iguana Crossing Hotel on Isabella Island for six days. We extended our stay because the whole experience was so good. The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The rooms are large and beautiful with great views. There is an incredible roof deck with a jacuzzi. The staff was especially pleasant, friendly, and...

We checked into Iguana Crossing as it was recommended by a good friend who is Ecuadorian. She said it was worth the splurge and I can now fully vouch for that. The Galapagos is, rightfully, a place dedicated to the observation and preservation of incredible flora and fauna so you don't really come expecting Mandarin Oriental luxury--nor should you! Come...

The best location, right at the ocean with a long beautiful beach. Clean and comfortable room. Helpful and friendly staff. Restaurant is nice and clean. Food is not bad, could be chipper. Beautiful view from the terrace and from the ocean view room.

Isabela Island has a dirty and unappealing "town" (pueblo) - rubbish everywhere, rusted cars, piles of cracked concrete fron unfinished buildings. (However there's a fun beach bar, if you are under 30 (which we are def not). We enjoyed a sunset drink there. However, Iguana Crossing is a haven. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful service, good food. It's too expensive...

“The rooms on the back of the hotel look out to the volcano and the boardwalk walkway and the rooms are quiet. The rooms facing the ocean have doors to open out and you can hear the ocean and get the breezes. They are not as quiet. Request a room on the first floor but every room is great. The hotel is clean, beautifully decorated and is the last place on the main road thru town. You cannot find a better place, location or Staff. ”
