Hotel property is good. You would not be disappointed if you are looking for a good budget hotel. But there are 3 things which you may consider before booking. 1. Hotel is in remote area of Goa. There is no tourist attraction nearby. You have to travel atleast 10km extra to visit any tourist place. It cost you time and money both. 2. Hotel doesn't allow any visitor of guest inside the hotel, not even a teenager. 3. Hotel provides coffee tray, towels etc only once. In case you booked room for 1 night, you will get towel either the day of check in or check out. Telecommunication signals are very weak at this place. Even the Wifi provided by hotel is not effective. Rest is ok.
Our Goa experience started from this Hotel. The Hotel is around 1.5 hours self drive from Dabolim Airport and is part of a locality. The hotel is affordable since it is somewhat away from the maddening crowd of Calangute. The hotel owner is welcoming and the staff members are helpful, however they dont have a running kitchen to serve you meals. We reached at around 3 pm but we didnt get lunch here. Authentic Goa cuisine stall is nearby from the exit (go Left reach the church and get right). North Goa attractions are not very far for eg. Tito's Lane, Calangute Beach, Chapora Fort, Aguada Fort, Sinquerim Beach. We did watersport at Baga Beach. Dont forget to eat Kingfish here. Visit Sinquerim beach during sunset. The swimming pool is good to accomodate 4-5 people. Overall a good stay experience.…
Although away from the top attractions, this place offers a peaceful stay with all amenities nearby. Anjuna and vagator beaches are within 7 kms. There are good restaurants including Thalasa and Hangout. They offer complimentary breakfast, which is yum!!!!!!
I had red lots of review that owner lady are so rude she came in room forcefully, these all review are not true i found my stay comfortable and helpful by owner Lady . Breakfast time are strictly between 8 - 10 hence, its forces to get up early in morning to take breakfast either you not get it
The lady is very rude impolite and unwelcoming. She was literally fighting. There is no wifi network in Rooms, very low lighting in Rooms. Please avoid this hotel. The old lady was intruding in private space and coming in room forcefully.
Very bar location and service was pathetic. They don't have mini bar in the room and if you want mini fridge to keep milk for child you have to pay extra for same. For everything they ask for money. Manager of the hotel was very rude
Very horrible experience, minimal facilities available. Manager cum owner is very rude lady. We would not recommend anyone to stay here. We do travel very frequently however this is the worst experience where even the basic amenities are not being provided. For an example Water Tub and bucket not available in bathroom and even the room service in terms of cleaning the room is not being proided more than once.
Loved the place. Good and friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was yummy. Hotel is surrounded by shops for everyday essentials and near to good beaches like Anjuna, Vagator, Morjim and Baga. Room was spacious and well maintained.
No hot water to shower with no toilet rolls in room had to ask Had to ask for coffee sachets for room terrible location horrible view from rooms breakfast was horrible We have stayed in many places in India and paid less than at this hotel and had much better conditions
Stayed in this hotel for one night as a stop gap arrangement before moving to another booking for a longer stay in Goa. 1. This hotel is for budget travellers who don’t want to spend big on stays but still want to enjoy Goa. 2. The rooms have plain furnishings with a small tv screen, a tea/coffee maker, a complimentary water bottle but a very comfortable bed. A small sit out area with chairs is available at the backyard of the room in the lush green surroundings. 3. The icing on the cake was a delicious complimentary breakfast of paranthas, omelette, poha, bread toasts with butter and tea or coffee. 4. As we checked in late at night around 9 o’clock and were starving after a rather longish tiring drive from the airport, the attendant at the hotel served us a very delicious chicken curry, a dish of yellow dal and tawa rotis We were surprised at a very reasonably priced menu card of the rather limited number of dishes. Overall a good value for money hotel for the budget travellers. …
