A beautiful property that keeps the Old Goa charm intact despite being in close proximity to the North, Stonewoods Riverfront Resort is a must visit.
With just 28 rooms + a villa, this boutique property is stunningly beautiful, adorned by an intricate white exterior, cozy rooms, a beautiful pool, cute bar and restaurant.
We stayed at the pool facing room that was cozy, comfortable and came with a lovely balcony overlooking the river and the pool. It was well equipped with all modern amenities.
The food here is commendable too and we treated ourselves to some fresh sandwiches, pakodas and tea in the evening,by the pool .
They offer complimentary breakfast too with a huge, multi cuisine spread that is hearty and delicious.
The staff is very courteous and friendly.
I would highly recommend staying here the next time you’re in Goa.

We decided to stay at stone wood riverfront after much deliberations, and thank god we were correct. We checked in on Saturday 8th Feb and Checked out Sunday 9th Feb.
Our stay at the hotel was really memorable. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was even more spacious. Amenities provided in the rooms were very good. Cleanliness was of good quality.
Housekeeping staff were very courteous, and have an extremely positive attitude.
Front office staff knew their job very well, melissa was very helpful so was abhishek.
Food quality is very nice. The restaurant provides good variety of items for the dinner buffet and likewise for breakfast.
Overall our experience was very nice. A big thank you to Mr Rajan Morajkar as well

Prefect location with amazing view. Swimming pool is also big enough. Restaurant is bit on higher side. Loved it, uploaded pictures on Instagram, friends also loved it. will surely recommend and will book next year in same season for sure, Enough parking place, good spacious room , may be cause we booked maharaja suits. Good thing is that they provide glass water bottle so you dont end up buying multiple plastic bottles. House keeping and reception staff is good. avg restaurant staff.
But over all combination of rain and river makes it ideal location for monsoon. Good number of birds if you are interested in bird watching. every room got river facing balcony which is plus point. big garden area for walking and seating arrangement by river. Such a nice location among nature do not need bollywood music so they can change their system of playing music whole day by pool.

I visited Stonewood from 6-8 of this December 2020 and stayed in their Premium River View with Balcony. Ofcourse the hotel is beaaaautiful, but if you want to have your tea seeing THE MOST BEAUTIFUL SUNSET ever, then book this room! It’s heavily surrounded by super long palm trees, a river right in front and stars peek through the entire night. We loved everything about the place. The view, the wind, birds chirping, the food, hospitality and the most humble and active staff! The food was always super fresh. My favourite was their watermelon juice and delicious gobi manchurian! Spice on point!
But, do not leave this hotel before trying their super light but fabulous khichdi! Nothing tops it.

Stone Wood Riverfront Resort Siolim is one of those gem of a place you can visit during your vacation.
The resort is located in a beautiful village of Siolim overseeing a river. The location of the resort is peaceful and soothing. The resort is equidistant from beaches like Anjuna, Vagator, Morjim , etc.
Stone wood resort offers different types of luxury rooms. You can choose from pool front, premium balcony, family cottage rooms, etc. The rooms are spacious, clean and cozy which will make your stay pleasant and memorable.
They serve some lip-smacking Global cuisine, we tried their Chinese cuisine and we totally loved it.
The staff was very courteous and friendly and the service was also equally good.
The best thing is the breakfast as they have a lot of options to choose from.
Overall experience was outstanding. Alot of attention to details was observed on how they could make our stay comfortable. We highly recommend you this luxury stay on your visit to Goa. 👍🏻

I chose Stonewood as I had a good experience with their property in Gokarna. But this one was really bad. The room that they gave us was really shabby and dirty. There was dust all over and very unhygenic. I asked for another room but they said its full and cannot give. If there arent any available rooms you cannot open the booking for people to book. I asked them to clean it with reluctance they did. DUe to the holiday season it was damn expensive to book but I still had to do it. Its not worth the price I paid. The breakfast options were also very less and poor quality. Manager at the reception was very rude. He said we get bookings in 3 months advance so we cannot change the room for you . Even the bottle of water they will only give you if you return the empty bottle they will refill the same bottle and give. Its as simple and basic attitude and small things that matter. But my experience was really bad. Its a small property and you can really keep it well. BUt no one seems to be bothered. I would not recommend anyone to book this hotel.

Stonewood Riverfront Resort truly has given us some exceptional experience on our first wedding anniversary. The staff is really kind and supportive. More over we being Jain (Food Habbit) face real difficulties in finding food in goa. But Hats off to the Restaurant who used to cook delicious delicacy for us. At Night you can spend a Romantic Candle Light Dinner near the Riverfront. To summarise it has breath taking views with best staff services and Great food. If you are OK to stay at 15 mins (Drive) distance from Baga then this is a definate choice. Due to Covid restrictions swimming pool is not operational but will start soon as very few hotels have started. I would say its the best budget 4 star Property in Goa.

I booked two room 15-20 days prior to my visit but we got two room in two different building. However, rooms were good. During breakfast they are tooooooo punctual to the time so you might need to set proper alarm if you want to have breakfast buffet. Rest all is good. Location is not far from any popular location, so its easy to visit main beaches with a 10-15 minute scooty drive.

Had a good stay at this hotel. The service provided was good, even enjoyed the food at Bo-Tai (although the guy at the entrance isn't warm or friendly). I would definitely recommend the truffe mushroom dimsum and pepperoni pizza. The housekeeping staff at Stonewoood riverfront resort were very helpful too. A special mention about Clinton Carneiro, he took care of the room requirements like a pro. Also, I had enquired with him about how I could reach a particular destination within the best time possible, he helped me out and made sure I reached on time. Extremely thankful.

I dont think fishing is allowed on premises.Nearby yes, I did notice a lot of locals fishing at a bridge nearby at the mouth of the river. Fishing gear can be purchased elsewhere in Goa!
There are more places to choose from in the Siolim area.
