Service is ok.. However we were not happy with room. Basic toiletries were not provided. They just told us that it will be provided only for premium rooms. I was furious to understand this logic. Even handwash was not provided. I told to receptionist I am unhappy with room they told us that you have to pay extra 2k for room upgrade. My experience was poor for non premium rooms.

It's small beautiful property.. rooms r quite big.. location is very nice thalasha is just walk away & beautiful vagator beach is also just 3 km so it's very easy to go there.. staff is very helpful & easy.. breakfast is also very nice.. so on the whole it's a nice small clean properly with big rooms & great location to hangout

Nice property and excellent service. There are all suite rooms which are quite big enough for an family of 4. The staff is also very helpful, courteous and kind to answer any queries. The food at the hotel restaurant is tasty and the serving staff are always available. The only draw back is the road to the hotel, which is narrow for large SUVs. Rest I would suggest this property to my family and friends if they would want to stay away from hustle bustle. Overall a good experience!!

My family and I stayed here for 5 nights during Thanksgiving in November of 2021 and had the most peaceful time. From Lobo and his team at the restaurant, to housekeeping and the support staff at the reception - absolute smilers and one of the most courteous staff we’ve ever met. Service was like lightning. They have beautiful rooms with huge balconies where you can catch up on a lot of reading. The food was absolutely delicious. Thank you to the lovely owners who kept checking in with us always. We absolutely recommend you stay here coz you are going to go back all relaxed :) @zivasuites - thank you for a lovely stay! Hope to see you soon.

Luxury stay at this resort. Clean & neat suite room, with good balcony & view. Best part is Jacuzzi in the bathroom. Ambience is good, and food of restaurant was nice, even the breakfast. We enjoyed our stay at this place, it has multiple hot spots/places nearby, like Thalasa restaurant, Vagator beach & others. Overall great experience at ZS.

Ziva Suites was a really nice, clean and homely hotel in Siolim. The staff (kitchen, service & reception) are all amazing and hospitable. The hotel has a classic charm to it with traditional interiors, but very well maintained. The bed was super comfortable & the bathroom was spick and span. The Indian food was lip smacking delicious. It is about 10-12 mins away from the beach, but lots of popular restaurants at a 5-15 min distance too. Must rent a vehicle for convenience. I would strongly recommend the hotel get a coffee machine as that was one thing missing. Great experience overall.

It was our first girls trip after the pandemic and it was an amazing one! It came highly recommended so we booked Ziva without thinking and boy was it the best decision. Lovely property…we booked the terrace room and it was bliss. The little time we were in the room, we loved to hang out on the terrace. The best part of it is that it’s right in the middle of all the amazing places you want to visit…we used to take 15 min to reach our destination whether that was Purple Martini or Ozran beach! Absolutely loved the food too…their cheese chilli naan is to die for 😛! Friendly & helpful staff. My friend and host Pooja was most helpful in planning our outings….she gave us some amazing places to visit. Must say one of the best trips so far. Absolutely wonderful suite (rooftop) with top-class amenities including a large and effective jacuzzi. The room had large clear windows on 3 sides with a forest view. Everything was totally clean. Restaurant and breakfast was good. In terms of location, it is 10 mins of car/bike ride from all the best restaurants of North Goa. However, you can't walk this distance and cabs are extremely expensive for short distance. Hence I highly recommend to take a vehicle on-rent.

We had a 3 night stay at Ziva suites. It is a perfect place for a family. The rooms are very very spacious. The bathrooms are extremely hygienic. The staff is very courteous. And the owners are present as well and ensured we had a very comfortable stay. The location is centric to all North Goa beaches. Lastly and the most important- We started all the way from South Goa and ate at all the restaurants. Ziva has their own restaurant called Coastal Spice. They have amazing seafood. We stayed in a Premium Suite for 5 nights and the experience was amazing. The rooms are large, clean and beautiful with all required amenities. The staff at hotel is very accomodative. The food is good. The area where the hotel is located is also very calm and serene. Very close to Vagator Beach and Thalassa.
