Sharing my reviews While Sweating in my 4th alloted suite room With My Drained and Tired 7 months old baby And my family Worst Experience ever Never expected this from Taj They have Spoiled my OCCASION & VACATION With Sleepless NIGHT'S Here's the Story We Checked in Our 1st Room Things Not Working Like AC , Mini Bar , coffee kettle After Complaining 3 times at late night they Alloted us another Room In 2nd Room Again AC not Working Called the Staff Complaining About the AC asked me to wait for sometime , Again at 5 am in the morning i had to call the manager Mr. GAUTAM , As AC was not Working , So they Shifted me to 3rd Room so i asked them to check all the things thoroughly so i dont have to suffer again so again in sometime i got an update that i have been shifted to my 4 alloted room as the AC in 3rd room was also not functioning well , so NOW in OUR 4th Room AC in Not Working, Mini Bar is Not Working and we are Sweating in summer's of Udaipur at THE TAJ ARAVALI RESORT, They completely Spoiled our 2 days and my OCCASION AND SPECIALLY MY 7 MONTH OLD BABYS SLEEP I would Recommend you Please DON'T Visit this TAJ PROPERTY Instead Book your self at Any other 3 Star Resorts even they will be having Better ROOMS and Services. I am so delightful of the hospitality from the resort staff. They never gave any chance of complaint, infect they go beyond the limits to fulfill all my requests. They came up with excellent surprises to make my special day memorable. Property is located at very best placed and well developed. They maintained it very well. Food was very nice. Location is very peaceful. Resort staff is very gentle and polite and gave rapid service all the time. I have created long lasting memories out of this stay!!

1. Stay: Power outages every 2-5 minutes made it impossible to be comfortable for us. We were sweating the whole day because of non functioning electricity. Two Rooms were provided early but the remaining three were given to us after 3:30 PM after we called them over 5 times to send the keys. 2. Food: Lunch was horrible. Extremely poor spread. Over and above power outages killed the entire experience. Orders were delayed despite numerous reminders. We served ourselves a few plates to be sent to the room because it was very hot in the restaurant but- Pratapji after confirming the same didn’t send it over to the room. When we called for it, they didn’t answer our calls. Dinner again the same situation. I after over 20 mins of discussion in the afternoon had asked Mr. mahesh to arrange a birthday celebratory setup for us with a few starters & cocktails for which we were charged Rs. 750 per head + drinks. Tables of uneven shape were arranged together clearly showing the lack of interest to us. No attendees were present to tend to us and nor were any waiters showing interest to ask for any requirements. We had to shout out to the staff to request them to attend us. We ordered drinks. Food that was discussed with Mr. Mahesh wasn’t served- completely different food was served. Drinks that we ordered were delayed by over two hours. Some starters were served after an hour and a half. It was extremely upsetting. 3. Service: Extremely forgetful service. Although in room dining was alright. But we placed requests for luggage to be brought in. They wouldn’t send us our own luaggage after check in. The staff said the same in over 5 calls spread through the hour that the luggage is on the way. On the last call, they said- the luggage wasn’t identified and now it is on the way. A guest requested a medicine which was brought in after two hours. We understand there was a wedding the next day- but having spent over Rs. 1,00,000 for the stay for a night. Me and my customers deserved a stay of a decent 4 star standard- let alone Taj. It is the first time that I’ve to say for Taj that although the property is well designed, the service is a major let down. It is with a heavy heart that I’ve to inform that I will be doubt full in sending my customers to your property again.…

Taj Aravali , Udaipur is an amazing place to experience an ultimate luxurious stay We had great time starting from the hospitality by the front desk Shivani Beautiful ambience room with huge and lovely landscape garden area and above everything was food , each & everything was so tasty and proportionately made including presentation of a dish .Thanks to Chef Abdul Razzaq and his team Sunder, Tanya, Kapil, Pratap, Dipa, Pradip, Vaibhavi and Tausif for their extra ordinary hospitality. Have a huge Indoor and Outdoor Games area for children so they never get bored throughout the stay. Thanks to all. Overall experience was amazing , one should definitely come and experience this property.

Food and bar service is really amazing. Chicken lasagne was one of the best i have ever had. We tried cosmopolitan drink and it was perfectly the way we wanted. Mr Abdul Razaq suggested us must try dishes and they were all delicious like chicken drumsticks and chicken chilly. They tasted even better with the drinks. Ms Sonu also was very kind and friendly and suggested us good drinks. Mr shiv coordinated things really well. Overall amazing experience at ODEYPORE lounge. Keep up the great work guys 👏

My Experience with Taj has always been Good and I've visited many other 5 star properties as well but this time, at Taj Aravali Udaipur, it was a different level all together. Food:- The Food is Good, their services are outstanding. Restaurant staff was very polite, professional and super Helpful. Neha who was from the Dinning Team was very helpful, she was on her toes all the time and was always available. Proactively saw what we needed and right away it was on our Table. She is a True asset to the Taj Management. Debina was also very polite, professional and helpful. She was also available all the time, she is also from the Dinning Team. Chef Rana was Superb. Services:- Outstanding, can't complaint. Everything was more than what we expected. Our Welcome was grand, simply unforgettable. Atul and Kahnu who were on the reception were Excellent, super helpful, explained the package and the all the charges clearly. I visited the property twice in last 2 months and had a very good experience. Property is really beautiful with separate cottages having mountain or garden view with a private balcony. Food was also very delicious and proper hygiene was followed
