We had a very nice and a great time including celebrating Holi with 6 family members at your resort. Will specially like to praise Atul for taking care of all our needs right from time of booking till time of final billing. He took very good care of our travel and sightseeing needs, plus ensuring checkin and checkout went smoothly basis our flight timings. Food across all meals we had was very good. Room service can definitely improve as can not so great experience of guest needs handling at time of breakfast. Only one readymade was available and simple request to have separate black tea or lemon took ages and mostly never came. Even orders taken at table for live counters took very long to come and were also missed a few times. Spa too was disappointing. Very small spa room & therapists were not much experienced. Post spa bathing/ steam/ sauna room didn’t have hairdryer, combs & first time at any Taj spa no post spa jasmine tea/ health drink was offered and staff informed it will take 45 minutes to arrange! Possibly the worst spa I have experiences amongst all Taj properties I have visited in India inspite of being quite overpriced. Must also complement all staff who handled buggy services and housekeeping. They did an excellent job! Overall a very good stay

We love being at Taj Aravali for relaxing breaks. The staff is so welcoming and warm. We loved everything including the food, the pool, rooms & the spa. The staff at the restaurant was so attentive and serviceable. Mr. Gulshan & Mr. Bapan took extra care of us during breakfast, lunch & dinner. We had 3 kids & senior citizens with us, and they ensured to provide us customized warm, fresh food for them at each meal. The service from housekeeping was also great. Our senior parents had difficulty accessing the washroom in their room & they immediately got safety handlebars installed for them. Mr. Kamal & Suraj at the security gate are also very helpful. Our fondness for the place keeps on growing with each visit. We will definitely keep coming back.

We were fortunate to receive a room upgrade from Mr. Hanumanta, which enhanced our stay. After check-in, we enjoyed a detailed tour of the property, and our Village Villa room was stunning, complete with a private sit-out. For recreation, the property offers a range of facilities, including a gym, table tennis court, and squash court, along with various indoor games. While some activities are paid, this is clearly communicated. The overall maintenance of the property is commendable.

The hotel is located a little outside Udaipur city. The location is very picturesque and the rooms are very nicely located. There are a number of electric carts to take the guests from one location to another. We were at the hotel for a wedding - and the hotel provided an outstanding experience for all the guests. Each little detail was looked into, so that no one had any problems. The food was super and the service was outstanding. Would love to return to this place sometime again.

Visited Taj Aravali during off season (end of September). The resort is about an hour away from the airport, but we'd arranged for a pickup directly with Taj so didn't have a problem reaching there.
We'd opted for a deluxe room with a balcony and hill view. The view was mostly blocked by trees, but the room was well-maintained and had good amenities.
The main restaurant Tiri is where the buffet breakfast and other meals are served. Although service was slow, food was prepared fresh every time and tasted good.
The Odeypore Lounge had fantastic local singers performing live every night. But the service there was quite slow and not up to the mark. Cocktails didn't match up to the prices being charged and tasted average.
All staff members we interacted with were courteous. Service was alright but could be faster.
The biggest pain point was having to call the reception for a buggy every time we wanted to move around in the resort. The buggy arrived each time only after a second call.
For sightseeing, we booked cabs directly with Taj. The prices were a bit on the higher side, but worth it - the drivers were excellent and drove us around patiently.
Overall, a pleasant stay. Would recommend since it was a worthwhile, affordable 5-star experience.

Wonderful place to stay. Exquisite designing. Yummy food. Great staff. Wash room can be improved by providing hooks for hanging clothes. Property is spread in all of 32 acres and they provide golf carts through out.

Stayed at this beautiful property last week for a couple of nights. Starting with the welcome till the sendoff, everything was perfect and as you would say it was a Taj experience. Spread across 27 acres, the property is huge and has 176 rooms and suites, blending modern amenities with traditional Rajasthani architecture. The resort is situated at Buira, Udaipur. There are multiple dining options, including Tiri (Indian/Global Cuisine), Ridgeview (Alfresco Grill), Odexpere Lounge Bar, and Javitri (Indian/Thali). The J Wellness Circle features nine therapy rooms, a 24-hour fitness centre, and a swimming pool. Guests can enjoy indoor and outdoor recreational activities, including squash, badminton, basketball, and tennis. There's also a 34-seater movie theatre. The resort is pet-friendly and offers stunning views of the Aravali Mountains. We had booked the Deluxe room, but we were upgraded to the Tent room on arrival. The room was huge and had all the luxuries, the best part of the room being the sunk in bathtub. The breakfast as well as dinner buffet spread was exhaustive and well crafted. The only let down was the chaos and rush during the peak hours, though the staff tried their best to avoid it, it seemed slightly unmanageable. We spent some great time relaxing and walking across the resort in the evening. A special mention to the service and support given by following staff members: • Surendra and Pratham from Restaurant who ensured that we had great time with the food. • Indrajeet who carried us in his buggy for the maximum times during our stay • Sushil from Housekeeping who oversaw our room and helped us enjoy our stay • Mahesh and Kamal from the main gate who ensured that our arrival and departure were perfect. All in all the place makes for a perfect luxurious getaway.

From the moment we arrived, Suraj Pal and Kamal Pal welcomed us with warm smiles and open hearts, setting the tone for a memorable stay. Manager Sanjana Kunkerja was incredibly helpful, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience throughout. At the restaurant, Gulshan Jha, Neha, Rekha, Amit, and Chef Abdul went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, providing exceptional service and making our dining experience truly special.
