We have stayed at Kochi Marriott several times over the past few years. In fact, whenever we visit Kochi, we stay there. Our most recent visit was in July 2024 and as usual we loved our stay. Rooms are immaculate, staff are very friendly and food is amazing. Akhil at the reception was very helpful and kindly gave us a late check out that allowed us to keep the room till we were ready to go for our flight. We got a staycation package that included breakfast and dinner for the whole family and thoroughly enjoyed the buffets. Staff at Kochi Kitchen have been very helpful and friendly, especially Akash, Nibin, Sarif, Anil and Joseph; they looked after us very well. We also used the swimming pool and pool side bar, both of which are excellent. Our kids now love this place so much that they ask us to stay at Kochi Marriott every year when we visit.

I came to dine in the kochi kitchen servers served me very well. I ordered fish finger and salt was less as I like because less salt is healthy so I enjoyed very much. Nagsal and Naveen served me very well. I like the iftaar music and the ambience of the restaurant. Would love to visit again.

From the moment I arrived, the reception team was welcoming and efficient.The concierge was knowledgeable and went out of their way to recommend great local attractions and dining options . Situated in a prime location in Kerala, Marriott Kochi is undoubtedly one of the premier 5-star hotels in Kochi. The rooms offer stunning views of the city or the backwaters through large windows, enhancing the overall pleasant experience. Furthermore, the hotel boasts a well-equipped fitness centre and a spa and wellness centre. The staff's professionalism and attentiveness further elevate the overall stay.
However, the main issue encountered was the crowd. The sheer number of people made the hotel lobby resemble an airport lounge, which was a bit overwhelming. Despite this, the stay at Marriott Kochi was memorable and enjoyable, largely due to the service and amenities offered.
The dining experience at Marriott Kochi was truly enjoyable. Although dined there only once for dinner, the breakfast spread each morning was exceptional, offering a wide variety of cultural dishes, most of which were of good quality. The staff's dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay was commendable, giving the feeling of being truly pampered with their attentiveness and professionalism.
However, there were a couple of aspects that were slightly perplexing. Firstly, the pricing of the laundry services seemed rather steep considering the local context. Additionally, the lounge, while spacious, lacked activity, which was a bit disappointing. The hotel's proximity to Lulu Mall, just a minute away, was convenient, especially with their buggy and golf cart shuttle services available for transportation. Despite these minor inconveniences, they did not diminish the overall exceptional experience at Marriott Kochi.

The marriot Hotel presented a mixed experience. While the lobby's grandeur was undeniable, with its polished marble and ornate chandeliers, the room itself felt somewhat dated. Cleanliness was adequate, but the worn carpets and slightly musty air hinted at a need for refurbishment.
The staff were generally courteous and helpful, though service could be inconsistent. Breakfast offered a decent spread, though the quality of the hot items varied. The hotel's location, central to many attractions, was a definite plus, making sightseeing convenient.

Beautiful hotel with incredibly hospitable staff and great amenities. The included buffet was incredible. They had a range of traditional Kerala cuisine items available as well as delicious Italian and Asian inspired cuisine. Savory, sweet, you name it. The room was truly comfortable, the bed, pillows, the curtains closed and created a great dark room. Temperature was perfect. We slept so well. The bathroom was luxurious. The in bathroom lotions and washes were high quality. We also visited the poolside bar and loved the options. We had such an excellent time and will definitely be back. My husband is American and this was his first time to Kerala and it was such a beautiful introduction to god’s own country. Special thank you to Rose for taking such good care of us

Consider this a love letter to all the people working there. They treated us with as much hospitality on day 35 as they did on day one. The staff were helpful and incredibly kind. I have never had so many people go above and beyond their regular job duties consistently. The security and driving staff always greeted us with a smile (everyone did, actually). Rosmi has the brightest smile, full of joy and true warmth, even on the hottest and most humid days. Whenever we entered the hotel, Rose, Aleena, Meenu, and the other female greeters asked about our day. Every time. Safwan was sure to grin and say hello no matter how occupied he was. He was always efficient and friendly when assisting with luggage, bags, or other needs. The concierge staff by the entrance were so helpful with whatever request or question we had. The restaurant, Kochi Kitchen, is run efficiently and smoothly under the direction of Joseph, Sarif, Rinoy, and Vivek (and the numerous other gentlemen). We were always swiftly guided to a beautifully set table. Sarif got to know our regular morning beverage order so well that the drinks arrived before we even had to ask. They were so engaging and generous in helping our family navigate local food customs and introducing our family to foods that weren’t familiar, but were absolutely delicious. The chefs were constantly asking to ensure the food was meeting all our needs. Moha, Mohammed, and the pastry chef recommended dishes and helped to clarify ingredients. They checked to see if we needed to order anything special or additional that wasn’t on the set buffet. Prateek, Abirag, Nongsal, Yinglong, Nisha, and Five Boy were just a few of the servers that have provided exceptional service during our meals, no matter how long their days and short their nights were. Sujidt, Amal, and Ameth ensured our rooms were as comfortable and clean as possible - no easy task with a family of four living in the hotel full time. They were discreet and professional, while also being incredibly friendly. I will always recommend the Marriott Kochi at LuLu Mall for any travelers to the area. The staff at this location made our entry into India even better than I could have imagined. The rooms are SO comfortable (amazing showers that I do miss), the gym is spacious and modern, the pool is great, and the spa is perfect!
