The pools are awesome! The beach is stunning. Staff is fantastic. But Johan aka JHouse was the best. Request him Pool side and you glass will never be empty. He makes some of the best cocktails. Always reserved seats for us at the pool. Thanks for making the trip extra awesome.

I am a travel agent in the United States and I can assure my clients that in this hotel they will find the best comfort, the best food, the best service, the best entertainment. It is a true Paradise in the Caribbean and its employees made my husband and I feel very good, the truth is that 100 points would give 150. We traveled with our primos to this resort and it did not disappoint! We were not sure what to expect since it had only been opened a year , it was a branded all-inclusive resort and was also hit by the hurricane. We stayed on the adults-only side. We liked how the resort was laid out. While the resort is large (adults only side and family side) it did not feel overwhelming. Easy to move around and spacious . The grounds were impeccable; the staff -- friendly, courteous, and so accommodating. We were upgraded to the Villas--stunning! Our butler, Sandro, could not have been more attentive, courteous, personable or professional. He was like a part of our family during our stay. He was truly the consummate butler-- he met us upon our arrival and checked in on us at least once, most of the time twice a day. He would pop in and take pictures of us enjoying some of the activities at the resort. He took care of all of our arrangements for dinners and other luxuries including our Candlelight dinner (which he picked us up in the golf cart to whisk us away to the beach), reservations for our beach and pool cabanas and arranging special touches such as rose petals t/o our master bath and bed; champagne and fruit. When we had issues with our safe, he handled the situation and it was resolved quickly. We highly recommend a visit to this resort AND, request Sandro -- the best!…

We visited end of January for our Babymoon…. The resort was beautiful and not too busy!! Our favorite part of the trip was relaxing and soaking up some sun by the main pool!! Alondra was our poolside server all week long and was sooo sweet and accommodating!!! She always knew I needed a nonalcoholic drink and brought me plenty of water and smiles!! She was truly part of our wonderful experience!! And of course….. Edgar is Wow He made sure to keep the music going all day and motivated everyone to get involved poolside. I loved the daily water aerobics and activities!!! Such a fun trip even with baby on board ️️️

The resort was decent over. Very clean and not very packed at all. We did water aerobics at 12:00 with Edgar and honestly it was a blast. He had us cracking up and surprising both me and my wife had a pretty good burn in our shoulders. The biggest downfall to the resort had to be the food. The restaurants didn't stick to the schedule listed on the app. And all the food besides JWB Steakhouse was very sub par. The steakhouse was definitely the best meal.

This resort is absolutely stunning! Can’t stress that enough. Fairly new and beautifully maintained! Several food options made the visits to each restaurant worth it. Not too much nightly entertainment. Themed music every night and a great DJ at the brewery. Joelvis and Diego were great and whatever we needed, they were quick to do to make sure our stay was even better than it already was! Highly recommend this resort, 10/10!!

I just got back from a week at Margaritaville Cap Cana to celebrate my birthday and my husband's. This was our second visit and definitely not the last! It was so nice to see familiar faces! Sandro, our butler is amazing. He pays attention to every single detail, and made our birthday vacation memorable. From extra bottles of bubbly, to dinner reservations, he is on top of everything. Thank you Sandro for your excellent service. We spent most of our days enjoying delicious drinks at the Salty Rim Bar. We met Wanda and Nury last year and felt in love with their creative drinks. It was so nice to see them again this year, and the new members of the team. Luis, Manuela, Jordany and Erick are very attentive and pleasant. Thank you guys for our drinks and nice conversations. The Romantic beach dinner was beautifully set and the food delicious. Dennis #1 and Dennis #2 are great at what they do. They cater to your every need, and do so with a big smile. We had a memorable dinner and their service was excellent! Jonathan at Punch Bar sweet as usual, always asking what we need. We were so happy to see him again this time. He not only serves drinks, he provides excellent service. Johan at the 5 O'clock Pool bar always pleasant as we remembered. The ladies at the Prestige Bar, Yeraldine and Leticia...thank you for all you did for us. Outstanding service! The staff at the steakhouse, I unfortunately can't remember their names, but they were very good and the food delicious. Michael at Frank and Lola's went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. From going to another restaurant to get my husband a nice soup, to packing my dessert to go! Thank you! Another person who deserves a shout out at the Italian restaurant is Jonathan--I really hope that is the correct name. He was our waiter on Friday January 20th during my husband's birthday dinner. On Sunday the 22nd, he was stationed in the kitchen, but he made sure to come out to our table to recommend the best dishes. Simply outstanding! I wish I was better with names, but the guys at SOS Bar deserve recognition too. Well mannered, very knowledgeable and accommodating. I definitely recommend this hotel.
