One of the hopeless lodging available around. I had booked online after reaching the hotel they asked me to cancel online and do direct booking. I had no other option so cancelled Oyo booking and paid directly to hotel. After checkin within an hour around 11 PM they started drilling borewell right next to my room. The noise was unbearable. I complained to the reception and they didn't offer any help. I vacated the room middle of the night with family with partial refund and went looking for other hotels nearby. Luckily found one but at premium price. All because of this hotels foolish staff. If they already had planned borewell drilling they should have not allowed booking. Stay away from this hotel if you care about your family.

We went for a business trip to Suratkal. During check-in, they are asking extra money, even when we paid the full amount in advance. Very rude behavior. Further there no hot water provision except solar which is feeding during the rainy season, Overall there is no business ethics and careless attitude. If possible avoid this palce!!!

On our way to Udupi we stayed at this hotel. It is by main road. We turned a corner and found this hotel for night stay. The prices are low and quality of room is comfortable for staying. There is another hotel nearby so we used their restaurant so cannot comment on food here.
