One of the best hotel in Ambala cantt. 700-800 mtrs from Railway station and inter-state Busstand.
The hotel has its own restaurant and bar. Ambiance is good.
Hotel staff is very nice and polite. We have requested lots of things and every time they provided that with a smile and politeness. Specially Ravi, Amit and Toofan.
Just wanted to thanks them all and the hotel management as well for providing such a good service.
Looking forward to visit again.

Property is very new and staff is cooperative.
However some facilities like refrigerator (which is must in this range of hotel) is missing. Decor/Ambiance of rooms is tastefully done however rooms are small.
Restaurant is good. Food is tasty although no provision of buffet even for breakfast.

The Plus point of this hotel is that is near to the railway station.service of the hotel is very fine with neat and clean room and very friendly staff.the only thing which i dont like id the wifi.which was nit working property.anyway overall its good.

Non cooperative staff, late night parties disturbing hotel guests, yet complaining to the staff or even MD doesn't effect much. Hotel staff rings room bells ta night to disturb the guests. When i raise complaint about this and late night Parties they Denied me stay. They said the hotel is fully booked and i must vacate the property even though on websites like MakeMyTrip and Goibibo clearly showing that rooms are available. So when i asked them they said that due to i ask not to play loud music late night our MD asked us to make you leave the property. I being the alone lady in the room the staff tried to bully me. At last that even if the rooms are available they will not provide me with any room and if i will not leave they will introduce security to make me out of the property. Such hotels bring bad name to hospitality business as well as to booking apps.

Thanks for taking out your valuable time to give us feedback. This is the first time since we are serving that a guest has found all above mentioned faults in our property and still have stayed for more than 15 days and asked for extension for next 10 days but due to non availability of rooms we denied your extension as we were sold out in advance. In the light of this factor we tried to accommodate you by calling each and every guest to confirm their bookings. We are surprised that all above mentioned your baseless allegations are made when you were asked to vacate your room after 15 days of continuous stay. As you have mentioned we have not extended your stay but you were asking for extension even after having so many problems during your stay, this proves your intention for negative feedback for our property. All our staff members are professional and are always willing to cooperate with our guest and to behave in a nice manner. We address every raised concern of our in-house guest timely and effectively. In hospitality industry security & safety of guest is our prime motto.

Be careful at check in ,they offer a different rate at the time of check in so that customer should not book online and at the time of check out charge you with additional cost. it is something very much disappointing.

We went to ambala for attending a wedding... there my daughter gt unwell and we have to came back on the very next morning. We were in hurry and not in a sound state of mind due to her poor health. Due to all this choas, we forget our two bags there wherein my daughter's belongings were there. after three days of returning we realized that those bags were missing and contact hotel staff... they attended our problem over phone in such a professional manner that i have left with no words. I am really thankful to hotel staff for such a kind gesture... my Shankar (night duty) and a person attending call during the day (Sorry i couldn't recall ur name)....
Apart from that hotel property is also nice small but well interior rooms... good for short stay...

The rooms were small and not clean. The sheets although white did not look very clean. Found a small cockroach also on the bed. Stayed a night and shifted to another place. The staff were good though.

While on our family road-trip we took a halt here for overnight. Nicely done-up hotel with good interiors. Decent Food is served as well.
Best part is it's in the market area & also nearby to National Highway as well as Ambala Cant. Railway Station.

Hotel seven junction was very near to railway station. This was small but nice hotel for stay in Ambala. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included in rent. It was tasty too. Room was spacious and clean. My stay was really good and comfortable.
