Detailed Reviews
The resort is pretty spacious. Construction work is still in progress. The food is good. But the charges are very steep. For the money they charge, the buffet spread is very poor
Rooms are spacious, but not well maintained. The ceiling lights do not function at all. When housekeeping was informed, they said that they do not have the bulbs in stock. It looked like these bulbs have not been replaced for ages. Not worth the money that they charge

Hi, Ours was a group of 4 families travelling with young children and we wanted to beat the Mumbai summer heat by spending the long easter weekend at a place accessible from Mumbai. After much deliberation, we settled on Mohili Meadows. It appears to be a timeshare concept small time resort, still in the phase-wise construction stage.
It is approximately a 2.5 hour drive from Kandivali suburb to Karjat (but we left early in the morning). There were adequate signboards to direct to the place. The reception area had 3 stuffed play tigers and is designed well. We were assigned to the Hibiscus cottage. It was ideal as we were four families and there are 4 furnished apartments per cottage. There is a seating area (large enough for kids to run amok), a small kitchenette, an airconditioned bedroom and a bathroom. It was also adequately furnished with a TV, dining table and couches. And the best part was the power backup invertors. Since the area experiences frequent power fluctuations, the invertor was a boon in the scorching heat with the AC on for us to cool off in and have hot water baths with the geyser on after cool dips.
They also have a rain dance pool and a 4 feet shallow pool for all to have fun. There was also a lot of indoor games. Our package was an all inclusive one and the food was also good. Breakfasts, lunches and dinner mostly served Punjabi and Chinese food with non veg. Even tea time had snacks. The staff was very cordial and prompt.
We spent two nights at the resort and the kids and us thoroughly enjoyed. The play area was right in front of our cottage so the kids were paying on the slides and swings till 11 in the night. But never leave door open, frogs or mice may enter. This place definitely needs to be visited in the monsoon as we could see the mountains surrounding the resort having veins evidencing waterfalls during the rains.
There also happens to be an Emu bird farm right next to the resort thrilling the kids to bits. Karjat city is around 15 minutes drive from the resort.
It was quiet a memorable weekend trip and the resort made it even more fantastic!

Don't go by the pics shown while booking, those are old pics. The property is very old, looks like not operational or going to shutdown, not at all maintained. As soon as we entered, the vibes were not good, there were villas which were not operational, windows broken, walls covered with algae. The operational rooms are also in bad condition, bathrooms were not clean, the water was leaking from the ceiling, the cupboards were broken and had fungus in corners. On top of it the there were key holes to the main door which were open and outsider could see from it. The food was also not good. No wifi. Room service is terrible.
They charged us for 6K per night but the property is not worth for 1K per night.

I visited this resort with 18 people from my company and it was a great experience. I had visited here and made the recommendation to my colleagues and firm.
The place is peaceful, huge and was clean. We all had a good time. The pool is small near clubhouse so the staff let us use the big one near our room. staff was cooperative, room were clean and quite big and resort was quite big, they organized bonfire for us in evening, heard good things from my colleagues ;-)

We had planned the team outing for a group of 10-15 friends, and as the plan was late, we were left with limited options.....and one of the organizer committed this sin (for which he shall be remembered forever :D)
Well, seriously, it was a horror.....Un-clean old and rusted rooms with no amenities whatsoever.....Service was pathetic....we had to call 15 times for basic stuff like water.....
Food at the Restro was very ordinary and there were no options.....Place was dry and peaceful, but scary....almost like a Zee Horror show or Aahat....
One positive for which you can opt to go free-of-cost to this place, is swimming pool (4-ft max) and rain dance.....apart from which, your time will be totally wasted....and if you planning to pay for it...please think thrice...
Reaching this place is also a nightmare.....but the location is nice and secluded from city....
Need a quick revamp, as the area and planning is good....

We were 6 couples who had been to Mohili Meadows. Overall experience was pathetic as the quality of rooms, service, ambience & food all were very disappointing. The only good thing about the place was the pleasant drive. With so much space & potential, it is a shame that the place has not been maintained in a better way. Better stay away!

The place is completely misleading as compared to the pictures posted on the site. It was an outing of about 20 members and the first thing we saw in our Studio room was a big fat LIZARD, followed by some RATS running around in the room, along with few SPIDERS, COCKROACHES and last but not the least some TERMITES too biting everyone who tried to sleep in this tragic cell(oops! I mean d room). Adding some more, food was tasteless, some of the FOOD ITEMS WERE ROTTEN and had a pungent odour. Along with all this there was NO ELECTRICITY... and NO WATER... Needless to mention the bed was broken too, the happiest part of our outing was only the travel back home..
