For 350 000 pr day(21 euros) you get a room with one single and double bed, fridge, closet, big bathroom with hot water, and very pleasant decor.

Outside area is kept very very tidy and there is always a sweet faint scent of incense in the air. Pool is about 7x4 meters and not heavily chlorinated.

The sound of birds chirping starts every day like one in paradise, and at night the call of gekkoes and crickets are abound.

Staff is beyond helpful and help with laundry, renting motorcycles, teaching some basic Balinese, places to visit, and are very eager to share their culture and time :)

There are two very friendly dogs and some chickens and roosters on the premises that lounge around calmly - much like life around these parts.

Breakfast is served from the hotel kitchen and is delicious.

Wifi available.

Come visit Krisna Hotel!

We are staying here every time when in Balian. I like panoramic view from the room and location - few minutes walk to the cliff with great sunset point. Main beach in 2 min by bike or 5-6 min by feet. Hot water, aircon, fridge and tv. Everything for relaxing holiday! Staff is friendly and always smile:)

We decided to extend our trip to Balian beach and moved from Gajah Mina to Krisna Villas for five nights. While the price differential between them is broad, we certainly felt we lost very little. Our villa was spotlessly clean, and was returned to its spotless state every morning, often while we ate our breakfast. You certainly can't expect perfection for the price (bathroom wasn't great, but it did have hot water), but we certainly weren't disappointed. Krisna Villas' location is away from the main action of the surf break, but we didn't mind that as the walk is not too far (about 10 minutes) and the benefit of being in a quieter location was high. The breakfast is great, and the restaurant also serves lunch and dinner. Krisna Villas would be a great option for a surfer and non-surfing partner, as you can pay a small fee (50,000 rupiah) to use the Gajah Mina pool, which is right next door and a great place to while away a sunny morning to afternoon.

All spotlessly clean, amazing view, excellent service, particularly from Deacy who bends over backwards to make sure everything is going okay for you. Lovely to have your own little villa in such a great location.

Excellent. It’s the best place to stay in Balian for a couple or a solo traveler. The stuff is very welcome, rooms and pool are clean. 2 minute walk to the beatiful Bay. Very calm and refreshing place. Would visit again.

Krisna Villas Guesthouse is located on the main strip of accommodations and restaurants in Balian Beach within the Tabanan area. The area has a beautiful, quiet beach, some dining spots/cafes and a very serene, scenic setting. Krisna is located directly next to a larger resort Gajah Mina, that has a great seafood restaurant - Naga.

There are 4 guest villas. Each has very basic amenities (no wi-fi; Internet is available easily at cafes along the strip). They are clean, safe, comfortable and spacious. This is a budget friendly, basic, no frills accommodation.

The owners/service providers are incredibly welcoming, friendly, genuine and take great pride in maintaining the grounds. This is a quiet, simple oasis - a ten minute walk from the beach. Scooter rentals are available on site and a basic breakfast is included.

The guesthouse has no website - I booked through Agoda, but I have also seen it on Priceline and other similar sites.

Balian Beach as a destination is very nice for a few days (more than that might be a bit redundant). It is laid back - no one trying to sell you anything, simple, nestled in nature. You can take in amazing yoga classes (beginners welcome) down the road at Pondok Pitaya, as well as the surfing facilities.

One of our more unique experiences in our 4 week stay in Bali.

A very nice place to stay, a relax atmosphere and beautiful rooms with an unique view on the ocean which is just 200m down the road. The rooms are expensive but quiet big and clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was average.

We traveled around Bali for one month and there is nothing like Krisna: sweet and lazy sound of the ocean, green hills around, big and clean bungalows, staff is very helpful and Deacy (the owner) is the sweetest girl in the world. The restaurant offers balinese traditional kitchen and good italian pasta as well. You can stay in Krisna, use the swiming pool facilities of the hotel near it (2 min. by feet) and have this way a 5 stars holidays for very symbolic price. The Krisna is just special for its vibration and feeling. We left our hearts there...

Located in Balian a surfers' favourites for smaller group. Very quite place and good neighbourhood.
Cost me very little to get 1 bedroom villa.
Although the lighting in-room could be better, and the shower can use a proper shower head instead of using a kitchen faucet.
Nice owner, very helpful.
Some routines system and procedures can help this villa to go far. Like the garbage bin outside should be emptied on regular basis.
I will come back to stay and have recommended this place to friends and family
