We stay from 30th sep to 2 nd oct.Overall staff was good and cooperative.. but management system was poor..a whole group was there so they put us on least priority ..they said they will not serve the dinner before 9pm due to the grp as they are having snacks and drinks..also avoid to stay there if u r going with kids as no park n open area for kids to play..when reached on 1 St day TV of room no 101 was not working they said it will start working next day.also in washroom tap water comes at very low speed..also in term of cleaning not good ..under the bed lot of dust tissue paper and spider also lying there ..

The property is excellent, perfect location, extremely well done up where the cottages or the wooden cabin like rooms or the mud houses! I fell in love with the place and the property and ended up spending 5 days instead of earlier planned 2 days, as a solo traveller! Mohan is an outstanding host along with his wife Jyoti who is very warm & hospitable 👍 The place is so tranquil, serene and carries the amazing vibes which Kasar Devi belt is so famous for. I was impressed with the property which blend the rustic mountain feel with modern comforts so well that it was a perfect stay for both remote working during weekdays and laid back and relaxed stay for weekends. Kasar devi temple is walking distance from the property making it a lovely hike! Food is awesome and local cuisine is a must try!

Stayed at Mohans for two nights in a group of 3 couples. We stayed in super executive room and other two couples stayed in luxury deluxe (more expensive than our room price) rooms. Location is in between Almora and Binsar. Great views from all the rooms we stayed of the valley and mountains (not snow capped range). This is a family run business and guests are really treated well. Food is amazing and prepared fresh. Breakfast is served at the tables and all the Indian varieties are freshly prepared. Hot water is available in all the rooms for shower. Snow capped mountains are visible when you step out of the hotel primases. Location is very close to Kasar Devi temple. Katarmal Surya Temple and Binsal Zero point is about 45 mins drive from Mohans. There is a ATM next door. One can expect great service by exceptional staff.

We stayed here for a single night and found everything to be pretty good. We enjoyed all our meals and view from our room was fantastic. However, there are a lot of stairs that one has to climb to reach their room and it might not be an appropriate option if you are traveling with adults. There are also monkeys in the vicinity though we didn't face any major issue.

We had a family reunion at this resort Summer'22 . This resort is exceptional, with beautiful views of the mountains from the room/ terrace. Local attractions like Kasar Devi temple is a short walk away, and many other attractions within an 1-2 hour drive. The food at the resort was delicious and the service was great. Definitely an A+ experience.
