Our first Farm B&B stay and won't be our last. A very warm welcome from Sue with a very acceptable pot of tea and piece of homemade lemon cake - we knew we wouldn't be disappointed. The room was large, spotlessly clean and very well appointed. The breakfasts were first rate - on day 1 the Craster kippers went down...

How good to be welcomed with a much needed cup of tea and delicious cup cake. Beautiful house, comfortable room. Local walk for dog into pretty woodland near by. A good base to explore deserted beaches and Northumberland National Park. Must return asap.

We stayed at Lee Farm for two nights. This is a very nice B and B, with very nice rooms, lovely breakfast and very nice hospitality. This is a working farm and our daughter loved being able to get close to the animals. Would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation.

We stayed here Easter 2016 because I wanted to stay on a farm during lambing season. Our stay was very relaxing, every detail was thought of. Susan was very nice and considerate with a lovely breakfast every day and Paul was great allowing us to view the farm and telling us about it. We got to see lambs being born...

We headed North for a gorgeous friends wedding and stumbled across Lee Farm when all the other B&B's in the area were booked. How lucky we were to have left our accommodation hunt so late as Lee Farm was the perfect find. Gorgeously comforting with all the home touches you could ask for. We couldn't have asked for a nicer...

We were very lucky to find Lee Farm when we needed somewhere to stay for a wedding in Morpeth at the weekend. Susan was incredibly helpful with logistics and made sure our rooms were ready early which was a great help. It's such a relaxing spot it's only a shame that we didn't have more time there. Susan's breakfast itself...

Stayed for 3 nights, peaceful, relaxing and perfect location for visiting, Alnwick castle, Cragside, Bamburgh and Beamish. Susan was so welcoming with tea and cakes when we arrived. The room we stayed in was large, the bed extremely comfortable and beautifully furnished, totally in keeping with the house. Delicious breakfasts too. We will be back, thank you Susan for looking...

Lovely bedrooms - spotless, warm, tastefully furnished. Generous tea & coffee tray and usually homemade cakes or biscuits on arrival. Excellent breakfasts - quality produce well cooked and all tastes catered for. Susan is the perfect host - friendly and helpful.
