Lovely room and pub is very nice . Unfortunately the rooms are very very noisy , I had deluxe room and I could hear everything from cars going up drive , to the person next door , the rooms are in a building ( posh shed really ) next to pub . If you stay bring ear plugs , you... More

Spent weekend there with friends. It is situated in the countryside with plenty of parking spaces. The room is large and clean , the shower is very good and it's complimentary freebies e.g. shampoos, teas, biscuits etc. wifi is also good. There is also a pub inside the Inn with many decors that you can admire and see. The food... More

We went to have dinner and extended family, and the atmosphere was just beautiful. We are not used to having the high level of service in the pubs we have eaten at in the UK, but the Windmill hotel did this very well. The food was very well priced and hearty and well sized. I was very happy and would... More

We called here for an evening Christmas meal as part of a coach trip, which was booked well in advance. This little country pub put on a superb meal for a coachload of 50 people and we cannot rate it highly enough. The staff and the service were great, and the food was beyond reproach. Well cooked, tasty, beautifully presented... More

The Olde Windmill Inn is a regular place for us to stay whilst visiting family in Norfolk. Rooms are well equipped and spacious and the pub has a good atmosphere. Plenty to choose from on the menu, and the food we had over the weekend was not only plentiful, but beautifully cooked and presented. Have always been impressed with the... More

Normally when having a weekend break in Norfolk we prefer to stay on the coast but this time decided to stay more inland and discovered this little gem of a place tucked away only minutes from the main A road but feeling very secluded. It's a very quaint property with numerous little cosy corners, bright conservatory dining area and a... More

When we come up to Norfolk we usually stay in one of the well known chain hotels (the purple one!) and are quite comfortable. But this time my parents suggested the Olde Windmill as they had been before and were going to be staying in their adjoining caravan site that weekend (big family gathering the next day). They were happy... More

We were in a single storey building away from the main Inn. We were worried it would be noisy as it was on the entrance to the car park but it was really quiet. We had a lovely comfortable room with a king sized bed. I like to have a bath. This was great as was the shower. We had... More

The conservatory dining room was a little bright for us - so we moved to one of the other cosy side rooms - the steak pie is fab With a nice glass of Malbec. Really worth a visit for a proper cosy pub meal
