Lovely place. Quiet. Very clean. Charming rooms with nice colors. Was probably renovated recently. We were very nicely welcome and breakfast was perfekt. They even had mustard for my saussages. Interesting building as it was an old mill tranformed. Parking in front of the door. We would go back right away.

This is a great place to stay when visiting Canterbury, and surrounds. Quality of the rooms where first class, just lots of little touches that raise it above your usual standards. Beds really comfy and the cooked breakfast was gorgeous, quality of the sausage and bacon was top notch. Veronica was so warm and welcoming, it was a lovely place...

What a lovely place and great hosts. Breakfast was excellent and only about half a mile from the park and ride as well which is just £3 per car to use. The bedroom was very quaint and to the highest standard and I would recommend everyone stays here if visiting Canterbury and surrounds.

I picked this place because of the historical building but was so overly pleased with the modern, clean interior and our wonderful host, Veronica. The breakfast food was so delicious, the views were peaceful with green fields and lambs and the property is in great condition. Our room decorations were so lovely, soft greys and whites with a large bathroom...

I stayed here with my son whilst we visited Canterbury and Whitstable. The house is really nice and has been just renovated to a really high standard. I had the best nights' sleep I've had in a long time. James and Veronica were great hosts and really made us feel welcome. Breakfast was fantastic - we both had the English...

Everything about the stay was excellent - a warm welcome, a comfortable room and a slap-up breakfast with a traditional cooked breakfast, but also fresh fruit and Greek yogurt and delicious croissants. We were pleased to be in Fuggle room named after the revered fuggle variety of hop developed by Richard Fuggle in Kent in the late nineteenth century. Unfortunately...

We spent a weekend here for my husband's birthday and had a wonderful time. The renovations are to the highest standard, the house is beautifully finished and the hosts Veronica and James could not have been more welcoming. We stayed in the roundel room which was absolutely stunning and so comfortable. The ensuite bathroom was gorgeous with lovely fluffy towels...

This old oast house has recently been tastefully turned into top spec hotel. Everything felt shiny and new from the incredibly fluffy towels to the luxurious comfort of the huge bed. Veronica and her partner were most generous hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks for a lovely stay (and the hair straighteners) The only advisory I would have...
